    And there lies the problem. It's been confirmed from a few sources that there are no aftermarket lug nuts that are compatible with standard RAYS V2 wheels.

    Curiosity mainly, but had been thinking also about different centre caps and lug nuts. There are plenty of lug nut sets available, but I can only find those with fitment to aftermarket wheel options, not OEM.

    Do the RAYS wheels on the V2 Nismo (pic attached of one of mine) have a style name, or reference code? BMW use wheel codes/style numbers, for example. Cheers.

    What a beautiful sunny day it is (down South anyway 😊). Gave the Z a good wash earlier and went out for a blast (to dry it off properly officer 😆) Outwood Mill in Surrey is the backdrop.

    Hang on - your Z is a 67/2017 example? Okay, yours is not a Nismo, so I can only from experience relate to putting my same age 67/2017 Nismo into WBAC and get around £23k. Surely yours can't be worth half that much at WBAC? That's nuts....

    At the end of the day, you are perfectly entitled to walk (drive) away from any subsequent revised offer that WBAC shove under your nose on the day. Has to be worth a punt. You'll likely be a few thousand pounds better off than taking the other options.

    Great video with stunning cars. I wish I'd got into the Jap car scene years ago! Sadly, a mint and fully loaded R34 Skyline is waaay out of reach now at circa £100k +.

    Why are you not taking that very good offer? Are WBAC not aware of the Cat D situation? And surely someone can be found to drive it to your local branch if push comes to shove... If I were local I'd do it for you!

    Have you put the reg and car details into WBAC? If not, you might be pleasantly surprised.

    I've never bothered insuring, only because I'd never found a company that would. The company is Moris, that you're referring to?

    Anyone know if this event still happens? I've been to Sinsheim before, it's a great museum.

    Unlikely that the OP will see this response, but Carfrietag is a complete ball ache! Unless of course sitting about in traffic for hours is your idea of fun. On our very first trip to the Nurburgring in 2012 we ended up in the thick of it, without a clue as to what the hell was going on! Never again!
