  1. Are there meets down your way on the occasional weekends Martin?
  2. Deffinately worth a visit, only about 9 miles from me. I can do Mondays but what's it like on the weekends? Is it a case of get there early in case it's rammed, or maybe in the last hour or so as it empties out?
  3. From a visual perspective, I'd have the ToyBimmer Supra. 🙂
  4. Just for fun I enter my Z's reg into WBAC every week or so. It fluctuates wildly and today's valuation, with one minor wheel scuff and a few small stone marks on the front declared, along with current mileage, was £23,250. That's just £250 less than I paid for it 18 months ago.
  5. I think that member @Willsy1980 here has done that sort of thing to his engine bay - Nut, bolt, fastener dress up. Give him a shout.
  6. Welcome along, lovely colour and in very good nick by the looks of it. Up near Gatwick, so not far away from you at all. There's a few of us in this part of the south east.
  7. Disappointed to say I won't be able to get there tomorrow. I need to carry on plumbing in the new en-suite tomorrow in readiness for the tiler on Monday morning. I had hoped to be finished today, but it was rather an optimistic plan! Enjoy the day, looking forward to the photos.
  8. I'm currently doing all I can to make this work for me, involving some jiggery pokery trying to rearrange 'stuff'. In the photo above is that the main road in leading to the three Z parking areas?
  9. OK it's just an Ateca, but we bought it new two years ago now and it really is a very decent daily and general family sorta vehicle.
  10. Having weighed up opinions here and elsewhere, I've ended up choosing between the Falkens (which I'm actually curious to try anyway, having never fitted a car with them) or going with one of the MPS "family", which I'm familiar with from other cars. Olly, I gather from your message that you're in the trade - I'd be happy with the F510s, but is the F520 out yet?
  11. In fairness to Davey, he's making it quite clear about what sort of drive-out that it's NOT intended to be.
  12. It's a museum, so there's bound to be facilites.
  13. It's in Bletchingley, Surrey. It's good, but not really worth the drive down from Leicester.
  14. Nope, it's not my daily driver. And I'm just after real world opinions, whether they're daily drivers or not. Tyres still matter whether they're doing 500, 5000 or 50,000 per year.
  15. It'll probably turn out that way Paul, particularly with the mileage that some owners say that they achieve. But just exploring other options beforehand.
