  1. Pretty gutted that it isn't coming to Europe and Nissan did that with the S15 when I had my S14a 200SX as well. Apart from the front grill looking a bit bland to my eyes, I do like the rest of it though. The interior looks a bit more modern than the 370Z too, and it looks good.
  2. I really enjoyed the first Dirt Rally game, it was rock hard to play and really unforgiving...but still good fun when you did get it right.
  3. It is the custom exhaust on my 370Z that I also love so much about it. It is arguably a bit childish and probably a bit too show off...but I love it! Yes and I do read that the 350 is more raw/less refined(I've only had a test drive of one and that was in 2006 so I've forget most of it to be fair!) than the 370. I've been reading some old reviews on the 350Z recently and they are all pretty much glowing. It is a really well loved car for sure. The 370Z doesn't seem to get anywhere near as much love as the 350Z did.
  4. I've never sat in or driven a Porsche, but the people that have do say that they are amazing. I do love the way that my 370Z makes me feel though. It is rare and very enjoyable to drive/listen to for me. I really like its character, and the german cars that I've had in the past haven't really offered me that character. I like the fact that the 370Z is a little bit rough around the edges.
  5. That is a stunning upgrade for sure. Enjoy it. A seriously long time with the Z too.
  6. I will admit that I do quite like the heated/cooled seats in my Roadster! I wouldn't say no to a heated steering wheel though, and I've never had a car with that.
  7. I do like the little Z badge near the gearstick. I'm really chuffed that it is being offered with a manual gearbox, and I was worried that Nissan might do a Toyota Supra on us!
  8. Yes and I'd heard/thought that too.
  9. I think that the Nismo MK2 still looks lovely and purposeful even now for sure. I'd love one. I'm just not quite so keen on the muted standard exhaust and the fake noise in the cabin though. Those parts of it really don't match up to the looks for me. Obviously it is a fairly easy fix though.
  10. I like the way it looks to be fair...but then I like the way that the new Supra looks as well, and everyone seems to hate the way that looks!
  11. I've been out in my 370Z today(the first time in 4 weeks) and I will admit that I did think how low rent the interior felt(nothing terribly wrong with it build wise but it just looks quite cheap in places). So as you say it would be great if Nissan have made improvements in that regard. Don't get me wrong I love my 370Z to bits though and it always puts a smile on my face, but the interior isn't exactly plush feeling(its probably not mean't to be though to be fair). I'm getting excited about this new one for sure.
  12. I think that generally the shape/design of the 350Z really hit the spot. Whereas the 370Z wasn't anywhere near as well received shape/design wise. Also I don't think that the fact that the Nissan Juke has very similar front/rear lights as the 370Z helps its cause either!
  13. I love my 370Z don't get me wrong, but I have to admit that I still find the boomerang lights pretty marmite for sure. So if I'm honest I can understand why Nissan do feel the need for a change in direction(or a nod to the past).
  14. Yes and I'd really love it if they brought it back for sure.
  15. That will be around £50k then sadly.
  16. That looks absolutely stunning!
  17. I wasn't that sure when I first saw it, but the more I look at it the more I like it. Agree with you regards the wheels too.
  18. Agree. It is just a personal preference thing for me that's all. I think if Nissan made a 200SX successor(I loved my S14a 200SX), I'd prefer that because it would be lighter and smaller than my 370Z. For example I much prefer driving my Mini Cooper S down nice twisty country roads in comparison to my 370Z, because the Mini is so much smaller and lighter. The 370Z rewards in other ways though for sure(a better noise/more gutsy engine/rwd etc).
  19. We had both Betamax and VHS when I was growing up...I guess that we were just greedy!
  20. I remember eight track too and my Dad had one in his Capri! Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes was his favourite cassette iirc! Great memories thanks.
  21. At least it will be a slightly bigger change than the 350Z to the 370Z was though, because the engine will at least be different. Instead of it only being a different shell and chassis tweaks like the 370Z was over the 350Z, but still sticking with the same engine. I'm still really looking forward to it, and I'm grateful that we are actually even getting another Z car in the current climate for sure. At least the Z legacy will continue.
  22. You make a good point there. I do love the Z, but it does carry quite a bit of weight to be fair.
  23. I do like the look of that.
