just a little question about a lip spoiler ?
I have a 2006 350Z and sent off for a lip spoiler , it turned up the other day and quality looked good , but it does not fit ?
it is to tight on the outside lip of the bumper and the centre section were it lips over has a gap of about 10 15mm either side ?
is there a size difference in a pre 2006 front bumper ,

thanks , how much more of a drop , think I worked it out about 10mm but my maths is cr@p

I little stumped ?
I have 245 all round on my car , could I get away with 40 instead of 45 profile ?
as I have tried to work out just how much difference there is in height on the side wall. Did 350Z,s come out on 17s as I am shore I have seen them on older cars.
think the size on 225s is 45 so I think by going 245 x 40 there wont be much difference.

picked up my roadster on Friday , so today I thought I would keep my RAYS GRAMLIGHT,s as could not get the price I wanted for them and stick them on the roadster , they came off my 350GT Skyline. They look ok and I think I will drop the tyre size down to 40s as they are 45s on there and look for lowering springs.
My O/E wheels are up for sale on the site if interested ,

5.5 mm tread on front.
3.5 mm tread on rear.

thanks , the car is standard but I am shore that will change , I do have a few parts to put on . wheels and spacers I have but looking at springs ,

good condition wheels , some blistering , but very little , paint nice and bright .
tyres are 245 rear and 225 front. budget tyres with loads of life left in them.
might be budget tyres but I have just driven 60 miles in standing water heavy rain, not a issue stuck well.
looking for £350.
wheels are in HEREFORD.

the hood was replaced on the 3/5/19 with a blue mohair hood,
clean and lub frame
replace tension cables
replace elastic straps.
invoice total £1022.00
what is the best treatment to keep the hood looking good.

Well the skyline has sold , so today I have just been to pick up my roadster . Its a 2006 UK car , new roof , no rust and only 80K on the clock. 60 miles of driving in rain and standing water , but I will say it handles well in the wet. Wheels look mint and good tyres , but they will come off when the rain stops ? as I will put on my Gramlights. will take some photos and post up soon, its nice to be back in a Z and price wise its the best time of the year to pick up a roadster.

Thanks Alex for doing that for me, but I'm sure that's for the engine with 2 throttle bodies, given the cut out on the top half on each side, also the top 2 fixing holes are in different locations.
@Napp: Was your cover fitted to a Z or the 350GT?
yes mine was on my 350GT 2003 as changed mine for a full carbon one.
