The noise, researching the error code and asking the guys down at @Jez @ H-Dev aka Horsham Developments. Unfortunately I don't have the space/tools to do an exhaust leak check but was pretty sure after listening out for the noise and the background reading. If you've got axle stands / ramp / non powered car then I'm sure you could get underneath and shine a light at the gaskets. I don't have the picture to hand but mine were blown sideways and it was clear as water that the gaskets were faulty. Hope that helps?

Were these on the stock exhaust? @buster I'm in need of some help! Have a Cobra CBE but want to delete the backbox and go with resonated short tails. Just not sure if they'll marry up with the Cobra system. Any idea?

Yeah I had Cobra HFC and Cobra CBE and had to swap out the Cobra gaskets as they were terrible. Went back to OEM.

When I had a P2AO3 error code it was the exhaust gaskets. Where the manifold and cats meet up. Replaced mine and error code remained off - had to wipe it via OBD. I own a Z34 not a Z33 though.

But what happens when the first owner sells the 370Z? Surely the DVLA will slap the usual rates back on? Low road tax must be used to sell newer "greener" cars post emissions scandal right?

I can vouch for tyreleader. Their email system is a little slow but you'll get tracking info and confirmation about 24 hours after you order. Mine took 3 days to come from Germany. Brand new, no issues.

Your car, do what you want. Go take it to a geometry specialist once you've removed any parts you don't want or need and let them balance the car out for you. Not necessarily about evening out weight at the front with some at the back. Car/suspension will have its own characteristics.

Ironically this photo does justice to the wrap and calipers! Just missing the new rims. Nice to see someone stamp their mark onto their car, too many Z's looking samey nowadays.
