  1. I won't be posting any till I've bought it, but I'll send you some photos or upload them here in a couple of weeks (hopefully!)
  2. Well I'd need some seats to replace them with haha Just talking about it atm nothing is set in stone, apparently they are really rare from my 5 minutes of research?
  3. Hi, I'm looking at buying an HR from a member on here within the next 2 weeks. The car is currently fitted with Frost leather seats in good condition. I prefer the look of the orange in the black car so would anyone be interested in swapping? The car's a GT so heated seats.
  4. Best way to do it - my figure of 5k is based on current Autotrader listings, but if he thinks the car is worth 6, list it for that and see if anyone's interested!
  5. Hey, I'm actually looking for a Azure 350z at the moment and would be interested, currently waiting on the sale of my BMW though so need that to go first. I'd say it's probably worth around £4.5 - £5k based on the current cars on AutoTrader
  6. Oh wait - in orange - i'll let you off
  7. Just curious how it's the cheapest Z in the country @ £5000?
  8. Damn you got a pretty good deal 7 years ago!
  9. Such a shame, definitely the best colour IMO
  10. I'll remember that if I buy a DE and have to sell it, chuck on an HR Bonnet and part exchange it haha
  11. Hi, I'm looking for an HR and this was recently posted on AutoTrader by a dealer: https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201807028049738?logcode=visc&fromSA=true Am I right in thinking this is not an HR, but a Revup with a HR bonnet? The dealer states "This is the face lift V6 300 model known to push 306BHP @ 6800RPM from factory. Not to be mistaken with a standard 350z. The raised/bulging bonnet is a dead giveaway." Also picture no. 42 shows an engine with only a single intake...
  12. Hi, I'm selling my old BMW, so no longer need the bluetooth adapter - its an Anker SoundySync - this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0177T3OEU/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Connects via Aux to your headunit and a switched live/cigarette lighter via USB. Anyone here want it? Postage is probably about £2, you can pay it if you want or I can just send it out for free. Thanks.

    HR 350z

Hi, I'm looking for an HR 350z GT - preferably in black or blue but that doesn't matter too much. Anyone selling one now or will be over the next couple of months? Thanks
  14. Yeah admiral seem to be quite good for mods - I'm 22 and quotes for an HR are around £950. If I were to add a spoiler, exhaust, interior mods & some other small bits it puts it up to about £1,040. Do they not replace them though if you crash or would they replace with stock parts??
  15. Just saw this car on the What mod have you done today thread - and wow it looks so good, love the colour & the mods
  16. The listing ended so you're now looking at the wrong link - you have to scroll down to see the closed listing.
  17. Hi, I've been cleaning my car today and bought some cheapo polishing pads off amazon, these ones: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01M32QYWN/ref=asc_df_B01M32QYWN53421236/?tag=googshopuk-21&creative=22146&creativeASIN=B01M32QYWN&linkCode=df0&hvadid=256007919056&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2143720374699311566&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9044869&hvtargid=pla-350350300785 Turns out they suck pretty bad, can anyone recommend some to me that aren't stupidly priced? Thanks
  18. Thanks for the replies - I assume that once you've replaced the paper gasket with a proper gasket this won't ever be an issue again?

    Rear Spoiler

That's a full Ings body kit - the spoiler is a Ings Z-power wing
  20. Hi all, I'm looking at buying an HR with around 60-80K miles. I've searched on the forum and it appears that people have gallery gaskets fail around this time - is there an average mileage this happens around though? If it's unfixed on a car of say 70K but shows no symptoms would you be able to use the potential repair to negotiate a lower price? Thanks for any advice
  21. A keeper - at least for the next 3 years, the Z seems to have everything I'm after so no need to upgrade. Thanks for the advice I'll definitely take this into account. I've been researching common faults like gallery gaskets etc so I think I'm fairly clued up on what to ask for, but when it comes to it I'll definitely ask on here to see if someone doesn't mind coming to take a look with me. Unfortunately the Zeds for sale forum seems to be fairly quiet, it would definitely be my first choice but the chances of the right model/colour/condition/mileage coming up seem to be fairly low compared to somwhere like AutoTrader which has 100+ Zeds for sale Thanks for the advice - I take it you've had a bad experience there then? I hadn't actually considered that buying a car from a dealer would come with a bit more peace of mind as if you have any issues you can go back to them with it.
  22. Hi, I'm looking at buying a HR 350z in the next couple of months. Most of the cars on autotrader are sold by companies instead of private sellers. From my research on the forum regarding buying a 350z, I should be looking at how well the previous owner looked after the car instead of just picking the lowest mileage I can afford. Would you suggest not buying a Z from a trade seller as I won't be able to get any real background on the car, or if the car has decent service history would it be fairly safe to do so? Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks
  23. Unfortunately not. The new MOT rules have screwed us there a bit. If your car has a dangerous fault you are not legally allowed to drive it away from the garage. You can get it towed but obviously that will cost.
