@Andy_Muxlow Cheers Andy! Love the way it looks nowadays. I think the location is a big help as well - It's hard to make any car look bad parked up in Cheddar! Such stunning scenery
-
@ShortPaul Cheers mate! Yes, the car was on stand with Infinity Exhausts at Spring Action Day @HEADPHONES Thanks a lot mate! Still once of my favourite sets of wheels for these cars. I still haven't got the urge to change them which makes a change for me

My new nismo! Couple of queries/problems if someone could answer?
Silverthorn replied to Luke350's topic in 370z General
@Luke350 Mine has had a slight whine ever since I've had the car. I just think it's the nature of the car to be honest. -
Due to the length of the studs you'll have to either go 20mm spacer + a 3mm shim or just a 25mm spacer. For the sake of being easy I'd just go with the 25mm I purchased 20mm without realising the stud length was 23mm and had to get a set of 3mm shim spacers to allow me to fit them. Rear looks spot on with the spacers fitted though. The wheels look so lost in those huge arches from standard!

Converted the rear BC's to true coilovers this morning. Used my old 10kg front springs temporarily until my 326 Power springs arrive. Worked out perfectly and tonnes cheaper than selling my coilovers and buying some true coilovers off the shelf! Quite amazing at how much of a difference it has made to the way the car feels by negating the spring bucket! Just need to get myself some toe arms now to finish the rear off finally! Bit of a relief that it all went to plan as the guys at BC weren't too sure whether or not it'd work out or not. Figured it'd be okay though as they sell a 350 true coilover option and the design is very similar. Ordered some helper springs today as well to accommodate the shorter spring length on the new 326 springs. Hoping to have it all complete within the next 2 weeks!

@Winquist @Andy_Muxlow Apologies, i completely forgot these were advertised here. Yes the wheels are now sold. Admin - please close this thread. -
Couple of photos from Spring Action Day on the Infinity Exhaust stand. Had a really good spot in the centre of the paddock & infinity paid for my entry so win win! Brilliant day overall Can't wait for the new bits and pieces to arrive. Should look tonnes more aggressive than it is currently

[SOLD]4 - 25mm Eibach Wheel Spacers...SOLD
Silverthorn replied to Dicky's topic in 370z Parts For Sale
@ArsenalMoh Bolt on job. Can have all 4 on easily within 15 minutes. -
I'll put the info on here in case anyone else is interested - but feel free to send me a Pm if you want any further info! The switch itself is just a basic rocker switch that I got from ebay here. The YAW sensor is located under the cup holder. Just splice the green wire that runs to the sensor and wire in the switch. When turned off, the car will have the TCS and ESP completely turned off. You will get both the TCS and ESP lights illuminated on the dash. If you want it back on, just flick the switch and turn the car off and back on again. All the lights will disappear. Job done! In the photo the box circled in pink is the sensor, the green cable circled in orange is wire you need to splice in to. Hope that helps
-
Fitted a small In-line switch to the power supply of the YAW sensor the other day. Never realised how much the TCS interfered with the drive of the car even when it was apparently turned off! I've left it completely turned off ever since. Probably one of my favourite, cheap modifications I have done! More car parts are on their way as well. Watch this space

Wow, the car looks stunning after all the detailing! Top notch

@Eddie f Here's my car with Tein Springs: Personally I'd never buy lowering springs again though. I've always had coilovers before and this was my first time trying lowering springs. I think these were on the car all of 2 weeks max! If you're going to go to all the hassle of buying and fitting the springs then imo you should always go for a decent set of coilovers, irrespective of how hard you drive the car. However, I'm sure plenty of people would say otherwise, that's just my 2¢.

@Killick.z Wheels look awesome mate! The gloss is perfection How do you find the platinum wheels? I've been tempted to buy some for my Works but wasn't sure how good it actually was and whether or not it lives up to the 'hype' it gets on Instagram.
-
@Payco Yeah I did take a look at them. No matter where I buy them from they seem to be the same price. £16 per centre cap seems crazy money to me I'll leave it for now. I may purchase some at some point but we'll see!
-
@teejay Genuine works mate. They just didn't come with centre caps when I bought them
-
Hi. Purchased these a few months ago and never fitted them. Collection or postage available by Royal mail 2nd class signed for. £35 + £2.50 postage. Cheers

Had my front knuckles shortened by 25mm the other day to stop the upper control arm from tapping the inside of the suspension turret. 10mm threaded stainless rod holding it all together and then had it all welded up by a company local to me. Works perfectly! Popped out for a few quick photos afterwards as well.
