  11. Welcome! Sounds like you're doing the right thing, I always find when buying a new car there is quite a lot to do at the start just to get it to the level you want it. Look forward to hearing more updates
  12. From experience a bodyshop will never finish the paint up properly. They use old skool techniques and don’t have the right lighting to see what they need to see. Saying that there is a base standard that you do expect from a bodyshop and unfortunately these days to find a place that does do a good job is like finding a needle in a hay stack. If I was you I would see if there is a trusted detailer in your county to have the car in their studio to check over and ‘finesse’ the paintwork afterwards, i.e take out any sanding marks, buffer trails ect. that have been left over. Clearly the bodyshop you have used that’s the normal standard of work for them so to expect anything more is naive in my point of view. I’ve never ever had a car come to me that’s been painted badly, it go back to the bodyshop and them get it perfect.
  13. First time I’ve got some decent photos of the car outside since all the work, came out okay for some un edited iPhone images! Really enjoying the stock look, which is good because that means I can take my time getting the kit fitted.
  14. @JAllen28 I don’t think the tinted plates are legal
  15. Any video footage of how this set up sounds like?
  16. Did take a while! Tooth pick did really come in handy in this area
  17. Completely agree, always hear people bang on about how the interior is dated..well obviously it’s a 15 year old car. To me the interior has character and is very individual unlike interiors now a days which is shared across all models. Thank you!
