So another month, another update... This happened, Christmas at work... Then this... Which lead to this... Can you spot it yet? Super looking forward to getting it down the bodyshop and all one colour! Next up will be the headlights once I find a suitable driver's side! I also seem to have fixed my intermittent 02 light, which was an arse to find. Turns out I had a hairline crack in the sports cat at one of the welds. Quick dab of the welder and all seems well, it's been driven every day this week without an engine light. That hasnt happened in months... So here's a selfie to mark the mighty moment haha! And we also made a few new pals this week... Till next time!

It's separate and is screwed into the bottom! However, it's no different to my OEM prefacelift headlights so I guess that's where I'm a bit confused! I'm pretty sure they're just plug and play as they're oem units as well

I always modify my cars too much! When I bought it I said I wasnt going to! Now look where I am! Ive always wanted a set to be fair, i do personally feel the light output of the prefacelift version is poor for HID equipped headlights I personally wouldnt, not something Id feel comfortable with. Bodyshops only normally charge between £50-100 to do the work

I removed them from the car and took them down to the bodyshop, and they then went on to rub the lenses down the same way you would with the various kits online. However, the only difference is they then clear coated the headlights like they would be from factory Personally I much prefer facelift headlights, they also have a much greater light output So with that being said, along came a purchase... The car hasnt changed a great deal, but that wont stay like that haha! Got a few plans in the pipework. Had to do some maintenance as it blew a couple coilpacks so bought 6 secod hand off here. It had a wash and full wax last Sunday ready for a few local shows And put away ready More to come soon, including new bonnet, exhaust rework and fitting of the headlights

Id rather put the money towards a trader or anyone selling one Nissan have done well enough out of me lately! I know, its such a hard job showing them the error of their ways on a daily basis! But the first project was a Type R so

Yep, unfortunately diagnosed it today as a blown coilpack on cylinder 1 Martin! Lucky its not drastic but what @*!# timing! We were all really looking forward to that drive tomorrow

Sorry Martin, going to have to cancel. Should've known things were going too well! The Z has thrown a wobbly, first time driving it in two weeks and its developed a horrible shudder, mis-firing and wont gain any sort of revs. Joy

Ok we're planning our route now, out of interest why avoid Copthrone ? Google maps and travel isn't showing any problems? If there are we're a little stuffed as its our main route in and out!

With regard to lunch, is it alright if he orders from the menu instead as hes not overly keen on the "carvery" side of food. Sorry to be difficult Also, which way are you heading up the A24? As we'll be heading up that way too
