  1. TORQEN had a group buy on, think it might be over now, but you can always PM Adrian and see what he can do Quality is on par with Eibach / H&R, but they look much better, which I think we can agree is equally important
  2. Of course, but best to avoid the hassle.
  3. Is it for a car you are buying or selling? Or just a general question? Reason I ask, if you are buying from a reputable dealer, they will have probably already done an HPI check. How comprehensive it is and whether you trust them is another matter.
  4. Just to clarift, you can / should use the rear heater / demister?

  6. The spacers Alex linked will fit, however they are 20mm spacers, so may be too wide for what you are after. Without knowing your wheel offset, we couldn't say whether they would be suitable for your new wheels. Since you've chosen 10mm (sounds like you've already bought them), I'll assume that is the correct size you want. At this size, you should be fine to just use extended wheel studs. (Larger spacer sizes put a lot more strain on the studs and it can be considered a safety problem, but <15mm it's generally accepted to be okay. Hubcentric is always better though.) I believe the standard studs are ~45mm, so you'll want 50mm+ M12x1.25 studs. (Can someone confirm?) You can find a list of traders here, but the ones Keyser mentioned are your best bet. Not sure if they stock extended wheel studs, but they should be able to advise further.
  7. Will depend on how big your spacers are.
  8. Raring to show off the 370, eh? Up for something again if I'm available. Will hopefully have the Z in a better state too.
  9. Assuming you aren't including Skyline GT-Rs in that? You can get (non-Skyline) GT-Rs for sub £30k these days, so not far off.

    Bam Shifts

I have concerns that the Z gearbox is already a bit clunky / delicate, and by adding weight / reducing feel, you increase the chance of causing damage. I can ram it into gear, but there is very little benefit to doing so and it is much smoother and happier if I just persuade it in. I'll have to see if anyone has got a heavy knob at a meet and ask for a quick feel. It's only a Five Minuter if you make it one. The way i see it, it's an exchange of ideas / opinions to develop a better understanding and potentially reach a decision / conclusion. AKA, a discussion, which is what forums are for.

I know it makes shifting take less effort, but surely it reduces feel and it's hardly strenuous to press a little bit harder. Never tried one so can't really judge, but I've never felt the need.
  12. We always want to see pics.

Never saw the appeal of weighted knobs, but they aren't feather light: (Up to ~400g)

    But they are so functional

I did look into it. You can get covers that go over the top, but if you want to replace the leather itself it has to be cut off.

Hey, they did it in the LS460... My result may end up a bit more like this though...

  18. It's a German company with poor English. Fortunately the important thing is the quality of the product, and they come highly recommended. Madmarky did a guide for the 350
  19. I'm guessing as the petrol pump has clicked off, it should mean the tank is full. So I'd have thought when the gauge says 3/4 full, it's actually full full. Whether that means when it reads 0 I still have 1/4 tank or not, I've no idea Though there is always the chance it was a false positive or faulty petrol pump.
  20. I suppose if someone can confirm that when the pump shuts off it's actually full, then you can just drive however many miles you expect to get from 1 tank. Just carry a jerry can for when you **** up.
