That's exactly what I have done,just doesn't seem to be working for whatever reason,,,!

This was a chromed 3.5 mtr roll from Halfords,little fiddly to get on but it does finish it off,roughed up with a light sandpaper to etch it and sprayed with the grill, if you find anything better let me know,,,,, as I'm gonna do another with a different mesh

This was my 1st attempt, not 100% happy,but have made a nice template if I find another material,it was a Halfords mesh and black hamerite spray.3 hidden cable ties and 2 self tapping screws in each bottom corner,and if you zoom in a Z in the centre same colour as car

mmmmmm can veiw them on the pc...not on the ipad .....
