Sounds louder on the drivers side to me. Does it's pitch change when the revs rise? How's the PAS fluid level?

I used the Incartec harness, it was plug & play on my old Bose system. You should also have bought the Kenwood patch lead, again, a plug & play thing. The only wiring I had to do was snip & connect the blue wire on the car side & join it to the blue wire on the new harness for the aerial. Second was to ground the green wire behind the console, something to do with watching videos whilst driving. I've just Googled your part number but can't see if it's Bose specific, maybe someone else will know?

Mine idles between 650-680rpm. I did give the throttle body a thorough clean a while ago & did the resets. Seems more noticeable on cold start up.

Today around 11.50am, heading northbound around J17. Had a white sticker in the o/s/r 1/4 window..

Today around 1.10pm, was parked at the lights off the Parkway onto Barton Dock Road. Driver I'd say early 60's, aftermarket wheels too. RE07 XLZ I think was the reg.

Heading along Church Way around 8.45am this morning. Definitely an aftermarket exhaust, was pretty noisey but sounded nice as I passed, also had bonnet vents too. Turns out it's an 04 DE, Y6 BTB.

I've been trying to find this on the Tarmac Sportz website to no avail, does anyone know if they sell them? The part number was 18016-AB000.. I've searched for the part number, 380RS, pedal etc..🙃.

I've found the leather in the Z, even after 16 years in mine, to have worn much much better than my previous car which started to wear a lot more after about 12 years old.

You were heading out as I was arriving from Carrington today about 1.30pm, gave a flash but didn't see a wave / flash back😁.

It's a non-revup engine. I'll give it all a go again, but all the lights flashed at the right times on the dash etc.

Heading along the A57 Regent road & turned left onto Ordsall Lane around 2pm today. Sounded like it had an aftermarket exhaust on, although it was a number of cars in front so I couldn't properly see, but did notice it had the side steps under the sills.

I just pulled the passenger door seal away from the body by the A pillar & ran the wire alongside my DAB wire. I just tucked it inside the roof lining & used the clip to put it on the roof lining. It's a very tidy install.

I ran mine from my Pioneer up the passenger side A pillar & clipped it just in front of the roof console .

3.30pm today just as I was leaving work, an orange Z on Barton Dock Road coming from Asda direction & turned onto the Parkway.. No reg as I was on the other side of the junction.

Parked in car park at ATS about 1.30pm today. Was an 06 plate I think ending VWA or similar. Tinted windows with black Rays..

I cleaned the throttle body at the weekend as it was filthy, got a lot of vapour from around the throttle plate too, all nice & clean now. I did the relearns from here & all of them completed perfectly: https://uprev.com/documentation/Resets-for-Nissan-Infiniti-Functions.pdf Cold start prior to the clean would be dead on 1500rpm, then drop a little, then back to 1500rpm, after the clean & relearns cold start shoots to 2000rpm then a second or so later down to 1750rpm, then slowly makes it's way down. The needle position is a smidge higher than it was before. Idle on operating temp prior to cleaning was 625 - 650rpm (using an ELM327 & Datascan). Now with all procedures done properly it's between 638 - 660rpm. Does this sound about right? My logic is telling me it maybe slightly higher due to the build up of crap on the body reducing the amount of air going in, resulting in a slightly lower rpm.

Sat in traffic about 2.30pm today where the M61 joins the M60. I pulled out in front of you in the white Renault Trafic. Looked to have an aftermarket front lip, sure it was an 06 plate? PS: Your headlights could do with a polish, they're quite yellow😉.

I've got the Soft99 light version. It's alright. As Coldel says, it's all in the prep like most things. Some waxes are easier to work with than others. At the moment I'm using Dodo juice light fantastic because it's easy on & off.

Thanks for all the replies. As I didn't want to hack away at the battery tray, I bought a Yuasa 027AGM from work & it dropped right into the tray with no modification required. It's a little wider, but not as tall. It has 680CCA & 60Ah. Spins the engine over much better than the old RAC / Exide 005 that was in there.
