PLEASE LOCK THREAD. ALL ITEMS THROWN AWAY.
Willsy1980 replied to Dicaprio's topic in 350z Parts For Sale
If you get to the point of binning the boot spoiler, let me know. It probably won't fit my roadster, so chances are i'll ruin it trying. But i'll pay postage plus a few quid just so as it's not going in the tip -
Spotted these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Full-set-of-Nissan-350Z-Rays-Wheels/282637747288?_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIM.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D20140122125356%26meid%3D69776d1913e749888f515cd60a886ce4%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D5%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D202024995870&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851

Welcome, if you are looking to get rid of those touring wheels. I may be after a set in a few months
-
Well, guess i'll bin the Unleaded scent air freshener I bought from Ebay....
-
Yeah either way she was selling a story to get her 5 minutes and a few quid out of it, poor Rooney, never was that bright was he.
-
As above, the 350 can be a little pricey on the consumables side, a decent set of aftermarket pads and disks will be about £1000 fitted. Not trying to put you off, just be aware before you buy that a kitty is needed. Good luck with the hunt though

Are they check valves ? would seem weird to use a connector like that when the rest is just push fit stuff. Edit: Here are all the parts and item codes for the washer system https://parts.nissanusa.com/nissanparts/index.cfm?action=replacement&groupid=E§ionid=289&jointvehid=11067&siteid=14

How would you stop people parking on your drive?

Think we found the culprit ! Get Him !!! (I may have edited some details out, but don't let facts get in the way of a witch hunt) -

Noticed a theme in this thread, quite interesting that the ones from the Northwest/Manchester take the 'move it or damage it approach' and the ones in or around London take a more legal approach of a sign. Seems you are a little more tolerant of ignorance ? There is also the option of just go out and kick it over, if they ask what happened just say you saw some 'hoodies' near it but because it wasn't yours you didn't care what they did -

Just slash the tyres with a stanley knife. Easy and quick. -
Ashamed to admit it but in my 20's I was stupid enough to drive drunk. Payed the heavy price wrote off the Impreza and was pretty lucky not to kill my mate in the process. Was a peer pressure (@*!# excuse) occurrence, been fishing in the day had a few cans by the lake, went to the pub later sank several other premium strength larger's and decided we wanted food. So instead of the logical, smart thing and order it we hopped in the car to go get it. Drove too fast, attracted the attention of the law and decided to out run them.... I did a great job of loosing them right up to the point I jumped a red light, at which point I 'found' them again. Firmly planted the scooby right in the side of them at 50 :/ Took out some street railings etc etc. Long story short. 3 year ban, suspended sentence, 400 hours community service, 400 hours probation and one of those drink awareness courses. Solicitor said I was lucky not to get 6-12 for it really I was inches away from it. Lost my job and was almost bankrupt. On the plus side, never driven drunk since nor will I. The awareness course really was an eyeopener on the fact it is so easy to be way over at lunch time the next day, takes a surprising amount of time to get out your system. Additionally, while on it there were guys there on their 5th and 6th bans for DD, I mean really 6 times ? Got to ask how they are stupid enough to keep doing it, once is too many.

Just an update to this, the Stoptech pads are a great choice. Far less dust than the oem Brembo's I recently put on the front. Again, many thanks for the recommendation and the top service.
-
I'd stick with OEM unless you do all 4 corners, aftermarket rears and standard fronts would drive like crap. PM @ZMANALEX he will have some for you. Sorry Torqen, not meaning to redirect business or anything. Last thing I was trying to do.

Very nice ! Love those wheels.

Great write up and the results speak for themselves. As for the birds, skip buying a DA next purchase, a shotgun Another point on the blower, a small compressor and blow gun will work just as well at a fraction of the cost. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SwitZer-Air-Compressor-50L-Litre-2-5HP-8-BAR-230V-9-6CFM-With-Wheel-AC001-Grey/122643181630?_trkparms=aid%3D555014%26algo%3DPL.DEFAULT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20170221124951%26meid%3D2befa87b039d423b9844f559f70623fa%26pid%3D100643%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26&_trksid=p2045573.c100643.m3226 Just add an inline pressure reg and blow gun and you're good to go

Shift Light, whats yours set to? (For optimum performance)
Willsy1980 replied to jamiebridge's topic in 350Z General
5600 in mine, so I can shift well before the limiter. No need to be bouncing off that on public roads -
No worries, just any hole you can find near by, if the nozzle will fit, shove it in and spray is the best approach. Same for the car and waxoil
-
Id pop them out, there are a few additional holes you can attack from. I'd probably just remove the lights to start, there are some holes the locating pegs go in, remove the little bungs and fire it in there. These are not 100% for getting waxoil down all the way, but better than randomly drilling holes everywhere. That could lead to more issues than what you are trying to prevent if im honest.
-
If you remove the rear light clusters and fire a load in through the holes circled, it 'should' run down quite a bit. But you will need to dump loads in and just hope for the best.

Tablet installation build thread...(Brainiac)
Willsy1980 replied to SmoggyPauly's topic in I.C.E & Electronics
Surely these can be 3d printed at a fraction of that ? -
It's a pity their beer is pish
-
I think the new look is better, one thing I would change is the technical section the first full page is stickies, maybe archive these down in a sub forum within tech ?
-
Many thanks again Adrian, Stoptech rear pads will be fitted tomorrow morning. I'll be back for the fronts soon and get rid of the OEM's

Does the car come with it ? Lovely Z
