  1. Yeah I was going to get the pedal upgrade, but I just don't use it often enough to justify it. The dense foam mod made them good enough for what I required.
  2. Im using the T300, wheel is great but the pedals have no feel. You need to mod them with dense foam or a soft rubber to give some resistance
  3. Think my biggest dilemma now, do I buy for PS4 or do I buy a PS5 and get GT7
  4. I agree on the drifting, its hard as you just don't get the seat of the pants feel from the car. Occasionally you might hook up a good run, but majority of the time its a spin out
  5. Always been a fan of the GT series, got a wheel and pedals etc. Sadly I lost interest in GT sport, too many dick drivers just punting you off. So moved over to ACC on pc with the triple screen set up May be tempted back for 7, just because.... We should arrange a race/drift night once a month, a virtual meet
  6. You could template it up with the cheap ebay stuff, then go to a company and get it made from Alu tube. Might get yourself a little side earner if they can churn them out cheap enough Suppose you could always cut the bumper, fit the ducts but put a diffuser type thing in front of the filter to stop direct water ingress ?
  7. I have the Z1 CAIS fitted, not bothered with the vents and you can still hear intake noise at certain speeds. I suppose if you put the vents wider to the sides it will reduce water hitting the filters, on the Z1 the filters are in the middle behind the Nissan badge. Personally, i'd duct up from lower down and not chop holes in the front bumper
  8. The Bridgestones dont wear out as they offer naff grip I found a few burnouts while I wasnt with the wife dealt with the rears soon enough, that way she begged me to get new ones
  9. Had the Falken FK, cant remember if they were the 510 or 512 ? But as you say, grip was superb but they were a soft compound and were soon chewed up. Either way, both the Falken and PS range are way better than the crappy Bridgestones they put on the Nismo as standard, god awful tyres.
  10. 10k ? oooft think they were a little over the top on that But even at 14k, there must be 20k in it in parts given the Nismo tax applied to everything
  11. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/194508927954?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D1110010%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.DISCCARDS%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20211102120225%26meid%3D7a70d0152b8f407489a5a6b66dda1d1b%26pid%3D101110%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26sd%3D265488547370%26itm%3D194508927954%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2563228%26algv%3DDiscOrganicBase&_trksid=p2563228.c101110.m1982 Cheap repairable Nismo ? 14k
  12. As above, only 2 options here. 1 New PS4 or 4 new cheaper options. If there is lots of life in the other 3 PS4, you can sell them on and make a few quid back but even in that situation, its probably cheaper to buy 1 matching tyre.
  13. Love it. Charge your Dyson now
  14. I knew I should have edited that, theres always 1
  15. Calendar looks amazing guys, great work and thanks to everyone who submitted their photos. Hopefully get to see some of these pristine growlers in the flesh this year. Thanks to Stu for the collation of the shots to produce the work of art on my wall
  16. Id say more like playing football in trainers, yeah you can do it. But there is a good chance you're ending up on your arse In all seriousness though, ive used Hankook (Ventus) before on my old Focus ST, they are a decent tyre but they are only a decent budget tyre. Anything rear wheel drive with over 2 or 300 HP id stay away from anything described as budget. Just not worth the risk, they only need to save your skin once and they are paid for.
  17. Just had short tails done and a Z1 CAIS, plenty cosmetic changes with all the additional carbon bits, spacers. Still quite a few to do and need the ECUteK tune done. My shopping basket on Torqen is over 2k again
  18. Hahaha funny you should say, had a little run down the east lancs the other day, set off from the lights and was still spinning the rears in 3rd not exactly ideal
  19. Honestly, after fitting the MP4S im never fitting a different tyre. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. End of the day, your tyres are the last thing between you and a bad crash, pay for themselves ion the long run
  20. Lovely looking Z a great platform for anyone looking to start their own build. Would it be worth hiding the chassis number on the MOT slip ? GLWTS
  21. Stunner in black with the high wing, love it. Was torn between Black and Storm when buying mine, just couldn't find the right one in Black. Any mods planned yet ?
  22. Balls, can't believe I missed the list for orders. Don't suppose you have any extras ?
  23. Hahaha so still unanswered How can a different job role have an impact is what I wanted to know. Its me and the car you insure, not my wage packet Guess quotes are just done by a random number generator or something
  24. One question you can answer as it always bugs me. I work in IT, but when I said it was IT in the Private Education sector it was cheaper than when I put IT field engineer in the Hospitality Sector. Additionally, the first quote (current price) has Business use, commute and SDP the latter was for SDP only.
  25. Yeah bit of a poke for you guys, will be first time of going, was just pondering it as a chance to finally get out and about again
