    Hi and welcome along buddy. I take it you already have a car? If so, let's see some pictures please... If it crunches going into 6th gear the synchro's are on their way out so might need replacing. rattles could be anything really possibly drop links or banana arms.

    My powerflow exhaust was only just a little louder than stock. That's why it didn't stay on for long really. But it didnt sound bad at all. They should be able to make it sound how you want.
