No mate, I only bought the car a month ago, yesterday was the first day out on it and this happens. I just spoke to Japex who are jap cars specialists - they are about 40min drive from me so I might pop in this week to check it out, sounds like a nice guy and said not to worry too much about it as it is very rare for the throttle body to go bust. and he said he has recommended suppliers who will not charge crazy Nissan dealer millions

Hi All, I had a read on the forums but I thought i would post this as I really need your help I bought a 350z and had it for a Month, yesterday was my first day out and about on it and after driving 10miles the car suddenly lost power, I had a lot of lights come up on the dashboard. After stopping and starting the engine one more time the car drove fine but the Engine Management light came on. When I took into the nearest garage they said the fault on the car was a Throttle position sensor fault (they didnt tell me the error code) So they cleared the fault qand about after 30min the fault came back on. PLEASE HELP!! I filled up the car with Normal unleaded (£40) could this be a problem should I only use the expensive petrol? The garage said there is a pedal sensor which costs about £250 and there its a throttle body with sensor which costs £1600 (yeah I was shocked myself) Please help guys, has anyone had this problem and how did you resolve it? Did anyone have to pay the 2k to get it fixed? Im in a bit of a panic mode!!

Hi all Does anyone do or know who does interior dash cabby moulding so instead of storage space I can have a tablet sitting there or just a screen. Im only a newbie to this club so maybe there are already threads to this but i could not find anything. please advice or drop a link thank you
