yeah steve has messaged me it was his ypipe he cut the flanges from i thought u meant the middle section of the isis box. surely it cant be the same issue when i have a different ypipe to him.. doing my head in thinking about it now!

they are but if they dont fit why are tarmac supplying them. i will message chris and find out what the deal is. and if its not gonna fit hopfully me and chris can come to a deal for returning it as it was just out the box today!

right guys looking for some advice, went to fit my new system today after about 2 months of having the parts in the garage, been getting the car painted etc so not had time untill this weekend. The issue i'm having is the stillen y pipe is hard against the chassis on the passanger side.. Are they all like this? i have fitted the berks hfc's which fit perfectly with no issues. i thought at first i had the y-pipe the wrong way round so i removed it and flipped it but this way it doesn't match up to the flanges on the cats. The reason i flipped the y-pipe in the first place was because the ISIS GT SINGLE EXIT system i have isn't fitting right.. the middle section is hard up against the prop shaft.. i slackened off the bolts and it drops down giving it a bit of room but even trying to hold it down in place and tightening the bolts up it just pulls the system straight again and again against the propshaft.. so i then thought maybe i have the middle box on wrong way so i flipped it, this does seem to take it more into the middle but i was under the impression the single exit system came out the passanger side.. maybe it should come out the drivers side? Will have another go tomorrow trying different ways to get it to fit better.. not too happy if the stillen y-pipe is against the chassis though and i can't see any way of fixing that. Any help or advice is appreciated guys.

I've been flat out the last few weeks getting the car ready for spraying and due to work being quiet this week managed to get friday off and the boss let me get in to use the booth, got the car painted friday, bonnet and bumpers done yesterday. still handles, petrol flap, a pillars, side skirts and spoiler to paint but will get them done this week. delighted with the job and glad i kept it white.

im not alienating anyone vailside z. and i still haven't heard from nissan yet. works been busy the last few days.. going by what alex has said and now chippychip123 then thats great.. atleast i know already what nissan will tell me when i hear back from them. MY OPINION is that its stupid nissan dont sell these rubber seals seperate.. obviously a way of making more money but daft none the less... apologizes to zmanalex for asking stupid questions. maybe admin can lock this thread since its pointless now.

well i've already asked the parts guy so i'm gonna find out tomorrow anyway. And as you can see zman that there's a few people commented on this already saying they'd like to know too... if you have a problem with what I've asked or said then don't comment. and i'm not one bit ignoring what you said.. fair enough if you say its part of the pillar that's fine but as I've stated above that the parts guy will be hearing from nissan tomorrow morning so i'm going to find out anyways. i do find it stupid if it is part of the plastic though because its just a rubber, you'd think nissan would sell them seperate.

im waiting to hear back from the parts guy at work. surely they sell the rubbers alone.. any time we get a jeep in at work that has a arch they usually have similar rubbers on them and you can buy the rubber itself. will hopefully find out tomorrow

It doesnt have any nismo bumpers or skirts. I honestly think hes speaking bull. One of those know it alls and his car has to be better than anyone elses.. yet its a rotbox and been badly neglected over the years

i'll try get a look at them. like ekona said previously, the brembos would surely have been a must on nismo models. yet it doesnt have it... and do nismos come numbered or a nismo plaque stating its nismo?

well thats where its difficult to find out jetpilot because theres alot of different models of the 350 and variations of specs

I'm curious or nosey to find out how i'd tell if someones z is a nismo. theres one in my area and apparently its a nismo but i'm curious to find out if it is infact a nismo or not... some know facts. it is an.import.. it doesn't have brembo's it's a 53 plate. the seats are leather with a z embroidered in the middle of them and i believe it has non heated and non powered seats. it has a momo stearing wheel. it has a nismo sticker on the tailgate.. the o at the end is a red dot and its on the right hand side.

hey guys, just wondering if anyone knows if nissan sell the rubber that goes along the plastic a/b pillars that run above the door and along the roof. mines been superglued on before and since i'm painting it im planning getting new ones if i can.
