has anyone ever thought of doing a z in Mazda's candy red 41 v. it a great looking colour and im toying with the idea.

I need to get cats for it as the noise is ridiculous when I hit 5k + it just kills your ears. will get a crank sensor ordered too... luckily I actually work for a Nissan approved bodyshop so I think its 8 or 10% staff discount on parts and the bodyshop used to have mechanics but paid them off last year but good friends with a few of them and their Nissan technicians.. will be asking one to do a p3 service for me soon. the perks of working in the motor trade!

fault codes come up today, p1147 p1147p and p0335 I think the first two are 02 sensors and last one is crankshaft sensor? can anyone confirm? car has a true dual hks decat system.

Pretty much but i forgot to put my mk3 suzuki swift.. 1 litre and no power! Amazing in the snow though! And a vento is far nicer than a mk3 golf in my eyes.

I drive a astra van as a daily work horse. And i own a mk3 vr6 vento. Used to have a gsi astra and before that a leon cupra 180.

Its been painted solid white in the past and not been looked after so needs doing again. Will be a easy job tho wont need to do inside of the doors etc. My plan was to wrap one white anyways so when a solid white one came up i thought boost! And yeah i do have rays and for the time being they will be staying on the car. Once i get it painted i will get my uprev sorted and take things from there. Also have the tango seats.. i actually love the colour of them never thought i would.

zeppojeff, i'll be up for a meet in the next couple of months, wanting to paint my z before I start using it and the weather still sucks! I checked out dynatune and they do uprev maps

not sure on Wallace doing uprev. I will look into dynatune. traveling for the right tuner doesn't bother me.. closest to me with traveling down south would be tdi north I believe and I've heard only good things about them.

I stay in Dallas tuck, a small village about 2 hours from Aberdeen.. about 15 minutes from Elgin.

just purchased my 350z last Saturday. being a spray painter I plan a respray and a few bodywork extras but not sure if to tune the engine. basically looking for a guide of what upgrades I'd need to get more bhp from her. And I live in the north of Scotland so will need to travel for a remap. who and where is best and some reasons why would be good to hear also. 2004 de engine with 75k miles. full decat hks true dual system.

ekona it is a mk3 golf saloon. although the front lights and bonnet where shaped differently. it went mk1 jetta mk2 jetta mk3 vento mk4 bora mk5 was jetta again and the jetta and Passat are now very similar

so I've always been a Volkswagen guy. my 3rd car was this Vw mk3 Vento. originally a 1.6 but I converted it to a 2.8 vr6. any other vw nuts on here?

Basically what the title says, there's a jap car show at Knockhill on the 22nd of may. On the track is a super lap Scotland competition from the Saturday to the sunday. can find all the info on the Knockhill website. would be good to see some 350/70z there.

So I just bought my z yesterday, it has a full decat hks true dual system. The tail pipes are adjustable. I love the note I get off it but when high up the revs it is far too loud and kills my ears.. my hearing is bad enough so this will only make me more deaf. I still want to have an exhaust with a nice grunt off it but the hks is just too raspy when giving it death. would fitting some sports cats or original cats quiet it down enough? any suggestions on good performance exhausts that don't kill your hearing would be much appreciated

Hey guys and gals. Just bought my first Nissan 350z yesterday, I'm from north of Scotland about an hour from inverness. Always been a german vw guy and I still am but got lots of friends who are into jap cars and decided I wanted a change so finally went jap. I work for a Nissan Bodyshop and have always said if I go jap it will be a Nissan. 04 plate 350z gt pack 75k and has been resprayed white. Will upload pics once I've gave her a good clean. would be good to hear from other Scottish owners also.
