Sorry to drag up this old post guys! But no longer looking for one.... because.... I bought one! So so happy, drove it back from Manchester yesterday and it was just sensational! Unfortunately the weather has been absolutely dire so haven't had a chance to take any nice pictures... here's one though, when it went from "hammering it down" to "heavy drizzle" As I say it's wet, and dark and miserable so doesn't really do the car any justice because it's absolutely beautiful in the flesh!

Okay guys sorry for the pretty cliché post! I've been on a lookout for a new zed for a while now and have even gone to see quite a few (and came within minutes of actually getting one... but to cut a long story short I didn't). So I'm still searching for one! I'll consider most colours/variants and I'm not in a desperate rush, so I thought it would make sense to leave a post up here so if any one decides to sell theirs in the future they could get in touch! Again, I'm fairly open to different colours and variants but just to make life a bit easier, I'd say ideally I'd be looking for a: Silver, pre 06, well looked after (sorry for stating the obvious), 350z. Budget is probably somewhere around the £5000 - £6000 mark, but again, I'll consider other options if the right car was to come up. And location isn't too important as I'm fairly happy to travel, but again just to put the info out there, somewere around the West Midlands or North East would be ideal. Look forward to hearing from you Gus

Hi mate thank you so much for the offer! Unfortunately I'm heading back home this afternoon, so can't really do this evening. Have decided not to get the car for now and have a think about it and maybe have a look at a couple more first! I may change the title of the thread to "North East" and see if anyone's around durham area that wouldn't mind me having a look around theirs at some point there may even be a pint/coffee in it if someone's free! I'll change the post when I get home and have a look in the local part of the forum because my phone battery's giving up now! Cheers for the help again though guys!

Umm just a couple of things.. When in neutral with the clutch in it idles beautifully but then when clutch pedal comes up (still in neutral) the engine speed drops a little and it feels as though it's not fully disengaged, to me feels like bearings but it could be normal on these cars? Also a slight ticking noise from the engine bay, sounds like fuel dampers, it's not loud at all and only became more apparent after a drive, apart from that the car has clearly been well looked after and drives beautifully! Any thoughts?

I've just had a look at a zed and there are a couple of small things I'm unsure about and it would be awesome to compare to another zed! Cheers! I've actually used them before, but had to get my old man to drive as I'm still under 23 (which is still the case) I think I may have titled the thread badly because I'm after just basically a car-delivery service, not a self-drive one

Just wondering if anybody knows of a good car transport company that they would recommend? I'm more than happy to just phone around, but with things such as this I always feel better going with somebody that comes recommended by others! So yeah, does anybody have any companies they have used before and would recommend or stay away from? Cheers!
