For a while now I’ve been contemplating getting a nismo v3 front bumper (https://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/nissan/nissan-350z/kbd-nissan-350z-03-08-n3-r-style-1-piece-polyurethane-front-bumper.html) , or something of that style for the girl. Come across the chargespeed T-2 kit and wondered if anyone knew where to acquire one in the uk or something similar and rough prices? Please and Thanks
-
Alright Alex, done some sniffing around and your right on raising the budget, what kit/bits would you recommend?
-
I don’t have a specific brand in mind thats just a full kit that I found. If you know of any better kits please share, as you can probably tell I could do with all the guidance I can get.

Fair enough, so be looking at something like; https://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/xtreme-clutch-nissan-350z-z33-vq35hr-engine-370z-z34-vq37hr-engine-05-clutches.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIxdWen5PT5AIVCLDtCh0QhwAcEAQYASABEgLBUPD_BwE plus fitting is what your saying?

That is not ideal, got a little play in the budget but not really £600 worth of play. what about if I go for a lower spec, stage 1 or something? Something like; https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/350z/powertrain/clutch-flywheel-packs/13860-350z-hr-competition-clutch-light-flywheel-pack-stage-1-2-630-6st6073-2400.html or; https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/350z/powertrain/clutch-flywheel-packs/1896-350z-hr-jwt-jim-wolf-technology-flywheel-and-clutch-kit-14lb-light-flywheel-and-1200kg-clutch-l3507-nchroktb.html these seem to be sitting around £900 plus fitting? Although I don’t have much knowledge when it comes to clutches so I don’t know if they’re worth it?

Sorry if I’m wrong section. So the time has come, clutch as been on way out for a little while now, release bearings noisy and now started slipping so a replacement is due. Don’t see the point of putting stock back on a car I’m slowly upgrading so looking for any suggestions and prices for a decent stage 2 clutch and fly wheel, Not got a massive budget so hoping for around £1000 all in. Clutch flywheel and fitting. Any help would be appreciated. I’m located in the Nottingham area. Thanks.

I need some help with my breaks as i have come to the point where i am stummped. It all started with my orignals started being noisey (passenger back). So naturally i checked the pads, which honestly had seen better days. Checked the disks, were past where i would have liked them to be too. New disks and brembo pads were then instantly ordered and delivered. At this point i would like to add that copper slip was used upon install. Success! or so i thought... a mile or two later it came back!! which lead to a drastic re-clean of the breaks to ensure that there was nothing causing it. Nothing, ordered some shims.. which have came and fitted.. Success again?! Nope... So whats up..?

Looking to buy a nismo v2 spoiler for my Z
-
Tried looking through the threads but cant find anything to answer my question. Does a nismo v3 bumper fit my '08 HR Z? without bodging it on..?
-
I think ill be going down a1 to stamford then across
-
Just wondered if anyone was up for this??
-
I have done some thinking, and ive decided that, if i upgrade my, cats and exhaust then bolt a F/I kit on, i have done some reading between, twin and single turbos and from what i can gather its single for better lower end off the line and twin for a higher top end? is this correct? also i was wondering if anyone knows f and uk sites that sell turbo kits as all i can find are american sites. thanks
-
so basically, if i get the intake, cats and exhaust done for now, that'll increase it slightly. then save up to fit a sc and forged engine bits?
-
Thats what this is, ide sooner ask you lot who know what your talking about rather than reading figures that at the min dont mean much to me. so why would one install the cone intakes if it lowers power?
-
So basically its, strap a turbo/sc on it, or its not really worth it..? With regards to Air filters, which would be the better option, replacing the exsisting with uprgaded or sitching to the cone shaped filters? i was looking at installing some 'Taked retain short ram intakes' or would i be best just installing 'K&N Drop-In Filter' and with the exhasust would it have to be a true duel with fast flow cats?
-
Also I've heard in the older DE models a mrev2 and spacer was one way to get a cheeky few more horses. On the HR is this still the case or has that been resolved now..?
-
Very motivating! And almost got me getting a bank loan out! XD what is the most bhp I could get without going into the realms of turbos and supercharges..? And a rough cost..?
-
Like i said its a gradual project, overall i wouldnt mind getting it to around 600+hp. Depending on the gains of the mod depends on how much i am willing to spend, if something comes up and i feel like i need it, ill get it. what suggestions do you have for starters?
