Very sorry to here this. I only knew Martin through this forum and for such a very short time. He helped me out and was friendly and welcome. I feel sorry that I'll never get to meet him in person.
My thoughts are with his family

I've just done the Velocity stack mod, and fitted a pipercross filter....not sure if it has made a significant HP difference, as i havent had upRev done, but its seems to pull more smoothy from low revs now

Does anyone know of a decent paint shop in the North Kent area (Dartford area)
After a major cleaning session yesterday I noticed in the street lighting that the previous owner had done a savage bodge job with a rotary polisher and has left two massive swirl marks on the hood cover. I also noticed a small paint bubble so I figured it may be easier to get the panel resprayed rather than get a decent retailer to try and polish out the swirl
Cheers

I'll take a decent picture in daylight of the after shot
Not sure whether to leave the engine cover black or go purple
Next up for the purple treatment though is the battery and fluids covers!!

I wanted to get the plenum spacer fitted as well. So as it was off I set to cleaning and painting up the plenum which was looking a bit grim
And while I was at it. I masked up and painted the throttle body

So. As the OH is away. I get to do stuff to the Zed
First off. Fitting the velocity stack
This is what it looked like just as I started taking bits off
However it didn't finish there.

From what I recall when I changed my controller over a few years ago. All of the cables for control etc are standardised colours.
All of the stats etc and pump and valve cables should all go into a central terminal block.

Me too. I bought stuff from the "detailed range". You can water it down to 10:1 in somethings. Much more cost effective than the consumer range
