  1. Also if you have only just had it done you should leave it in the up position for a few weeks at least. Especially if it's quite cool weather wise. If you can leave it in the sun to warm up that helps Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. It takes a couple of weeks before it sits flush properly, as the fabric has to stretch

  8. Quite agree with your comments. it's not perfect, but it's adequate for a hobbyist.(like me) and finding something that would be fine on the Nissan and the Audi would be a challenge. All I was getting at was you could go entry level for a bit less than the DAS6 pro Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. It's not the DAS6. It's the Duren machine. Very similar though. It is just the machine,2 backing plate and 6 pads and a bag to stick it all in. If you look below on the page there are some bundles one with auto finesse stuff and one with a megs 105/205 combo and some microfibre pads Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  16. I did mine satin. Just before Japfest. They look so much better now. Worth the couple of hours effort rather than £120 for new ones
  17. Yeah keep it up for a couple of weeks at least. Until the stretch has it sitting flush in the rear cover. If we get another warm spell it all helps. I've had mine down nearly every day this week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Once you have the retaining nut off try pressing on the arm near the pivot where it joins the blade. It should just Spring off. Mine did!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  22. The megs products are a good starting point, particularly as they are easily available from halfrauds! Once you delve a bit deeper into cleaning/waxing etc you will start to branch out into other products. That's what happened to me. Check out detailing world forum. Lots of good help and advise.
