If you are looking for the lower tax DE model you will find that most OEM roofs will be suffering by now , so depending on your budget you might want to factor a new roof in. £850 fitted at carhood warehouse That's what I did when I got mine so it took the roof condition out of the game. When i bought my current house, all the legal stuff was done by a firm of conveyancers....still technically solicitors, but they only do property stuff.....last time i used a solicitor, he was always busy or in court with other legal stuff
