Octec@torqen I'm not too far away depending on how long said service takes. I.E don't want to have to come all the way back to mk to then come back again.

How do I reply directly to somebody's post from my iPhone with it still visible to everyone else. Like, in the box that their post is in. As you can tell I'm new to this forum business lol.

Not sure that this is even the right section for this but as it is (general) I guess it wouldn't hurt. I'm in Milton Keynes and wondered if anyone out there knows of a suitable and recommended garage to service my 350z. Also, I've only had it a couple of weeks so is there any advise on what service would be best/safe to go for? 2004 83k. Thank you.

Ive had my first 350z for nearly 2 weeks now and loving every minute of it. Well nearly every minute. All apart from the one day in the week where the missus uses it. Nervous times. Well I've already posted a couple of questions to the guys & girls in the know and I'm finding the forum addictive. Look forward to someday attending some meets. Also awaiting first wave to a passing fellow zedder 😂

What's the SMF? I had it up on axle stands but couldn't find any obvious loose components ie heat shield ect. Good to see your still on the forum Tom. Plans on another 350? 😀

The washer jet on n/s headlamp seems blocked. Any ideas how to sort this problem as the jet is reluctant to just be pulled out from the bumper.

Hi tom, thanks but the sound does seem to be coming from the back of the car. Sounds like a vibration around the exhaust area.. P.S. Loving the car ðŸ‘ðŸ»

Just checked history and it was in with Nissan. Invoice says (replace rear outer driveshaft joints and bearings) Bearing-rear ax Housing slide Bearing-rear ax Repair kit-dust Looks like this was in 2007. The car is 2004 model.

I hope not as that problem was apparently resolved by previous owner

Hmm, not sure I'm ready to start taking my car to bits just yet as its my daily. I've only had the car a couple of days and I have very limited knowledge about them I.e none. I know it has a cobra resonated exhaust on it so not sure if the heat shield thing applies to me too but I'll probably start with having a look underneath for it anyway. Where would it be exactly?

Thanks sargara I'll try that although it does seem as though it's more chassis bound. Not sure if it may be something to do with the exhaust.

This seems to happen when pulling off in 1st and also from accelerating in 2nd but only in the early stages of acceleration. Any ideas what this could be?

My existing one seems to be a brownish cloudy colour compared to the crystal clear O/S one. Only had the car 2 days. Can't believe I didn't notice this upon viewing. Must've been too eager. It's my first 350 so was very excited 😠Not sure weather this can be taken apart and cleaned or just needs replacing. If anyone has one for sale, how much? ££
