  1. Haha I had a banana arm rattle... Took my car to them and instead of pointing the the ball joint hanging off they said its my clutch hahahaha we all know how the clutch is not the quietest of things. If yo don't know halfords just say you cowboy waank
  2. Yea give it a go... I would say take take to Ross at Japex and they won't charge you to find it based in Kings Langley
  3. Also double check the front strut is tight... That gives the same sound if loose but won't well by pulling it!!
  4. Yea I'd say that, what about a 2007 HR GT with 50k
  5. Might only be in first gear because of the leverage the engine has on the drive train or the car, what year and mileage is your car? My clutch makes a rattle in neutral. Also what area is this in? Front back
  6. Really cool your braving the task yourself... Most rewarding part of owning the car is working on it yourself and solving problems Like this, but confused about the glued nipple a bodge from a previous owner?
  7. Just make sure it not got an important service due... The main the is fluids your and the cars. I like a long journey because it's a sure way of knowing if the car has any underlying problems
  8. I saw this a few days ago but just came online as I left deposit, would rather bought a member car but is the same High spec as my car, the seats are the best colour as well. I think now is the best time to buy as everyone is on holiday buyers market
  9. Hello people Just got myself a 2007 HR 40k miles and everything is brilliant however I am not used to the car, behind the engine between the firewall and the engine I can hear a very faint electronic hissing when warm on idle sounds like a fast battery charger and does not change with revs ....Very slight does anyone else have this and can you stick your head in at some point and listen to yours haha. Thanks guys I hear your very accommodating so though I'd take advantage.
