Pictures of the new BMW M4 the 370Z Nismo replacement
Mikevv replied to Turboextreme's topic in Other Cars
Very nice indeed. Yas Marina blue is awesome - That interior compliments it well My problem with newer cars is that I can never decide on DCT or manual.... As we all know, auto/dct is fast while manual is fun! Did you order her and wait, or they just happen to have one in similar spec to what you're looking for? My dad just replaced his 330d 63 plate with a 430d ( not sure what plate, still to be delivered etc ) Not quite the same but thought I'd share Totally. Not. Jealous. Okay, maybe just a tad. -
Sorry mate just thought I would double check this with you, but the exhaust a cat back? Found a similar system but he was missing the Y pipe, so I said no thanks hahaha Need a Y pipe, mid pipe and backbox ( so catback , if I'm not mistaken ) Thanks - Apologies for looking like a newb hahaha

Am I reading this right in that a woman can sell her eggs off for a sodding fortune??? IF I was a woman, I'd defo consider that... Easily cover my expenses, even if I only get £2500 for one "batch" - surely it's tax free That oughta help cover the cost of getting some nice toys... say a GTR for me, 370z for the mrs - after all its her eggs. Come to think of it... could start a whole chain going.... all your female friends.... like pimping eggs.... or some form of poultry farm Anyways.... I would not lose ol' Lefty/Righty for a 370z, sorry At least aim a bit higher - Nut for GTR maybe? Having said that, owning a GTR makes people "nut" hahaha

No worries mate, as long as I get a 'zorst fitted for my MOT on the 9th of Jan I should be okay Enjoy your holiday
-
Unfortunately right now I can't afford it without the help of my credit cards - Which I try to avoid if I can, being young and having huge debt is not something I want Can you send me some pics and a rough price? I can collect cause Totton isn't so bad I'm assuming Tarmac will sell the gaskets btw?
-
Oh wow that would be great - I think I saw you the other day!! I was in a black 350z heading towards Ferndown from Ringwood - Saw 2 black 370z's as well. Anyways haha when would be good for you? I might be heading past on Sunday - going to Tower park but not sure of the time, when are you free? Does that fit an 07 DE ? sorry just not sure with the facelifts and HR's etc. Don't want a fancy paper weight just yet

I'm looking at getting an OEM system from Cornwall at the moment, but worried it won't fit in the cabin of a 350z lol. I live near Bournemouth so a bit of a drive, but if it's a steal then it's worth it. He said the system had 11K miles on it, so should be like new right? Sorry I replied to the wrong person, but I can't be bothered with EML's and stuff... had that before in a BMW and it was a ballache
-
This is where I was getting confused - They are listed as High flow cat test pipes haha Sorry for the confusion, but thanks for clearing it up http://www.tarmacspo...

Having had EML lights before, and airbag lights for no reason, I am not keen on returning to that, so might just not bother haha

Hi guys, having just had my P3 done at a local they've advised me that the MOT will fail if they try and put it through now. Apparently my back box ( yes joke away ) is blowing a bit and the mid pipe too. My logic is rather than buy separate parts, why not upgrade my entire system? From what I've gotten calling local Nissan dealers, I'm looking at around £1200 which is laughable. Surely I can get a nice TI tipped system like an Invidia Gemini FITTED for less than the cost of an OEM system? What would people suggest? I find the OEM sound ample, but won't mind if it's louder - who doesn't ?? I personally don't see the point in buying a used system cause in a few months I could be back to this situation, and like I said I want the nicer system - funds allowing obviously. My problem is that I need a cat back system, but my heat shields on the cats are essentially non existent due to a lot of corrosion, so I will probably need to replace them some time mid to end of 2016, and I want to plan ahead and get a system that will work well together. Do Berks HFC pass the MOT? Whats the different between the HFC and HFC test pipes? ( my little brain thinks the test pipes are for passing MOT's??? ) What cheaper alternatives can you suggest for any of it? I want better than OEM quality, at a reasonable price. I don't mind forking out extra if it will save me in the long run and be a higher quality product. I've seen some systems as low as £450 and it makes me wary. Sorry for the rambles - I'm a bit excited at getting new parts, but dreading the bill haha Post some suggestions if you want - I'm off to browse the for sale sections

I personally never understood the tax savings myself, wasn't bothered by it. Yes it's an extra £240 odd but instead you get a facelift car. More power, nicer interior and nicer lights. The lights alone are going to cost you roughly that much EACH to upgrade to a facelift. If I can be rude, what sort of budget you got? Just cause then you can get some ideas from people looking to sell on here Any limit on mileage/number of owners etc - some people are more fussy than others, just trying to cover some bases If you can, I'd personally try and stretch for a nice HR model, get even more power, and loves being revved out - and the power bulge... phwoar they're nice!! What about colours? I personally can't stand the blue and silver/gunmetal 350s but hey to each their own. Just give us an idea what you're after and I'm sure we can all chip in to help

Sorry just got home from a day out - all traded in. Sorry mate you're literally one day too late
-
Seems like nobody is interested, maybe its my prices. Either way, they're off to the local trade in towards Fallout 4 - If I don't like it, its virtually free so why sod it. Last chance people, probably go at the end of the week.
-
Tarmac usually do, but I've been after a set from them for bloody ages, they seem to have an issue sourcing them lately. Maybe give them a shout, more demand might help... want mine

Nobody interested? Prices can be lowered

Nope haven't bothered yet, been a hectic month and constantly crap weather, but I'm going the self touch up route.

OEM revup 2007 exhaust back box and mid pipe free to a good home
Mikevv replied to SteveM's topic in 350z Parts For Sale
Now that I think about it, I only need the backbox, so mid pipe is fair game, sorry. I'll be honest I'm only after the backbox cause my tips look like crap, so if anyone has a mechanical reason for wanting them you get dibs over me -

Ah crap lol my parents are about in London watching dynamo I think, but we live down in Bournemouth so it's quite a treck. I'll see when we might next pop up there and we can arrange something then? Obviously if someone else can make it before me then they are welcome to it, as long as it's okay with you -

Is this still available, might be able to collect tonight! -
Hi mate, just trying to help out, so sorry if I come across as aggressive or anything but I have a few suggestions for your thread - just going to bullet point cause its easier 1) Add pics of the wear and tear parts on the seat 2) add pics of the rust so people can get a feel of how bad or minor it is 3) Maybe add a closer up pic of the front end for stone chips etc? Other than that I don't see many issues with it For the really fussy, some want to see your stack of paperwork, but meh. She's not to my taste, but it seems to have a lot of love in it so I hope you get what you're after

Sorry mate but that's not what stance used to be. "stanced" back in the GOOD days was this http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y196/cgueret/muscle/BlackedoutZ.jpg Only slightly lowered and meaty tyres for perfomance - no offence but I laugh at all the people who are like " stance nation, bro " I see this little kid in an old E36 slammed piece of @*!# on my way home from work ( I work nights, so he's on his way to work ) and his entire front bumper is full of cracks and scrapes where he's hit on the ground. I've seen him hit stuff on slightly bumpy roads. Just stupid. Anything past this next link is just @*!# and stupid and even so, the rear wheel looks off. I will admit, everyone has their own styles and preference, but I'm firmly in the "laugh at stance" camp - It's like the new " Ricer " look Look forward to it Adrian, thanks for providing us with inside knowledge
-
I completely forgot CEX haha but tbh I can't be bothered to leave the house ( I work nights so getting places is irritating ) Thanks for the heads up, prices going up now I'm on mobile so sorry for the indirect replies. Unfortunately no, I am not selling my xbox, love that thing almost as much as the Zed

As a whole, insurers like to go in dry with me. As I'm only 21 with 1 years NCB ( long story - got shafted and didnt get my first year - waste of money and time ) I basically cannot mod my cars apart from different wheels and radio etc, but I doubt I'd declare those anyways. I had a look at very generic mods - air intakes and all the usual basics and they nearly wanted double my premium. yet if I tick the option for a non manufacturer spec engine it is double... but they don't ask any details, so in my eyes why bother with air intakes, plenums etc ( and declare it mind you ) when I can, in theory, drop in a 1500BHP Chevy V8 monster.... I just don't get on with insurers, and they always seem to confuse me haha. Maybe have a look for "performance cars/mods " insurers? they seem to be more understanding and actually know what these parts do.

Hi guys, I have some xbox games I'd like to sell I don't want to trade them in to GAME as they will rip me off blind You can check the prices yourself but they are offering me the following for each game - yet you should see what they sell them on for!!! Halo MCC : £10 trade in £7 cash GAME PRICE - £35 new £23 pre owned Far Cry 4 : £6 trade in £4 cash GAME PRICE - £23 new and £17 pre owned Fifa 15 : £1 for both - insult - I'd sooner throw it at a wall for "fun" GAME PRICE - £25 new and £5 pre owned Project cars : £11 trade in £8 cash GAME PRICE £35 new and £25 pre owned I'm not out to make a profit, as I bought these all new so I lose money either way, I just want to get more than trade in , and give someone else a good deal on LIKE NEW games. none of them have scratches on the disc, and the boxes are all mint. I realise I may be shooting myself in the foot by posting their prices, but I was hoping we could work out a fair deal between us? I had a brief look on ebay, and the game pre owned prices seem to be about what they go for on there, but again we can haggle
