  4. Yeah it's got the nismo kit think it came like that from factory, nothing yet, got a carbon fibre plenum and bolt kit that need fitting, and looking at getting the tomei ti exhaust on it this month. At the moment it's just got a carbon fibre engine cover, stubby, android head unit and Mishimoto rad & fan shroud. Yours sounded quite loud what exhaust was it ?
  5. I had a table booked at blue mango Indian resteraunt so was keen to get a meal in with the misses, we were already 30 mins late as she finished work 2hrs late (she's a paramedic) had died down quite a bit by the time we got back, parked down near asda as I didn't want any fools crashing into my car. You done much to your zed pal ?
  6. Well I'm in the navy and pay around £780 for mine I'm 27 with 0 no claims as I've had to start again due to having a couple of half insurance policies never claimed or had a crash. Your car usually isn't insured on base so I use my home address where the cars registered and its in Lee-on-solent, the car does spend the majority of the time there to be fair as I keep it off base as much as possible. Think I'm with admiral aswell, seem like a very good company. I don't have any mods on the car as of yet.
  7. Wow love the colour something different, looks like you've done an amazing job, great rear bumper choice any fitting issues with it ?
  8. A silver 350z think the plate was s23 sur and a yellow 350z not sure of the plate I was in the black gt4 with the misses
  9. white 370z nismo looking really nice, wondered if the owner is on here ?
  10. ill make it fit, weather it looks any good after i've "made it fit" is a different story
  11. Guess I'll let you all know how it goes trying to fit it won @ £216
  12. you think it will go for more then £500 ?
  13. i think they're a very tight fit and i know it needs re-wiring to make it work, it has been done by 1 or 2 members on the forum. Also not sure if any work needs doing to the rails but I know it will fit

  16. not sure I think it is but not 100% I think my patch lead is the one at the top of all the pictures Nissan 350Z <2006 BOSE SWC fitting kit FK-256 Complete fitting kit to install a double DIN head unit and retain the original steering wheel controls in a pre 2006 Nissan 350Z This kit includes: -Fascia -Steering wheel control interface -Phono connection for BOSE -Universal patch lead that's what I ordered
  17. Well buster gave me a quick pm and pointed out why I had no sound which was the amp cable needed splicing into the blue cables, so very grateful for that! I think my device is a self learning Chinese thing so having a play with that as I'm 99% sure I've wired it up ok
  18. Yeah that's all of them had what looked like a 3.5mm jack with 3 wires coming off red white black but didn't attach that
  19. Well I decided after noticing other people make Chinese android head units work with steering wheel controls to buy a android head unit off eBay. Then I went and bought the 350z Bose adapters with fascia from Incartec Now I'm sort of stuck as I've got power to the unit, but no sound and the steering wheel controls don't work ... So here are some pics I've attached all the ground cables together with crimps and taped over them And now it looks like this
  20. any updates on this I'm currently stuck ?
  21. #4 Kuro Black SM05 VTZ 68,000 Miles
  22. thanks for all the advice and what a great find roscoe thats exactly what i was looking for. So ill start with the tyres and alignment and work my way from there. Basics first
  23. Im quite new to FR layout cars as this is my first RWD. I was expecting the car to oversteer more. Im after making the car handle more neutral, the tyres are what looks like some sort of budget tyres - which if changed is probably going to help leaps and bounds - but they are almost brand new (don't hate I bought the car with them on). After a little bit of searching I found a few threads, slightly relating to this problem. I want to keep or improve the sharpness of the turn in so I don't really want to sacrifice that by putting big tyres up front. I'm a little to unsure where to start, do I start looking at coil overs or arbs first ? I really like the feel of the stock suspension for long trips mainly Portsmouth - Middlesbrough, so I'm not after a full track style set up. Should I maybe consider looking at the bushes ? as the car has 70,000 on the clock. As I'm not used to the car the problem is probably more the driver Sorry if this post has been covered a lot, would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.
