Hello guys - quick question. Is the power lead that goes to the bose amp a standard 12 v supply - can that and the earth be connected to an aftermarket amp or does a new wire need running from the battery? Are the audio connections to the amp tapable for an aftermarket amp, or is a new RCA cable required to be run from the head unit? I plan to use the Incartech harness - so I guess I don't need to do this.

My friend is looking at a 313 HR with 35k miles today for 11,000. If its good, I might be putting a deposit down. Has anyone else out there got anything good for me?

Apparently it has sold for asking price - to an idiot. I'm getting a friend to look at the HR tomorrow. If its good They will take a 5k deposit to secure it for 3 months til I get back and keep it in the showroom. Its a beaut!

Yeah I'd say falsely advertised. In other news, seen a 2008 HR GT with 35k for 11000. If its in good condition - thats a great deal right? 3 month warranty and first 4 scheduled services done as well. Any advice? I'm going to buy it tomorrow I think.

Why don't you just get the correct wiring harness kit buddy? http://incartec.co.uk/nissan/1929/1033/device/radio/Browser.aspx I haven't used one but these are reported to work perfectly, with full use of the car steering wheel controls (apart from answer phone call). Click on the brand of radio you're installing and order the part.

I assume this is long gone?

11k is probably my top end for a low mileage HR.

Its 3 months now! Not too optimistic as some people may be considering selling their car in the near future.

To answer your questions: GT model preferred, must be a coupe. All colours and years considered. HR is preferable but I will take a rev-up with good mileage and a low enough price. Willing to travel, will be moving from Oxford to Birmingham mid Sept and will also be visiting Kent and Lincolnshire early Sept. I've been asked what my budget is; essentially I don't have one. I have however been doing extensive searches and do know roughly what the cars are worth. I've even bought a Boofsquire roof rack already; saw it on Gumtree unused! Currently I'm weighing up a 350z or GT86. The car I buy will depend on what's available in Sept. 350z is my first choice!
