Edit: I would like to add I am not a snob, and don't look down on others for their own car choices etc but if you are going to start a conversation about cars then a 2.0 hyundai coupe and the 350Z must be appreciably different machines. In my eyes at least. Porsche Driver - " I look down on that Nissan owning wannabe" 350z Driver - " I look upto the Porker driver who earns more money than me" Hyundi Driver - "Dicks" I respect anyone who loves a car for what it is, rather than the price tag. I can see where that logic comes from but he was a self-professed petrol head. No proper petrolhead would really compare a Hyundai Coupe to a 350z

It does feel like it's a good time for Bernie to step down and enjoy his millions. I know he's always been a divisive character and you can't please everyone, but these days I don't think he's pleasing anyone. I guess it's hard to walk away from all that power though.

Those wheels on standard suspension won't cause any issues with arch rubbing. You'll need to lower it a bit to get proper arch fillage though. I think what grundy meant with the monster truck comment was that wider wheels tend to exaggerate the gap to the arch with standard ride height. I'm running 19x9.5 et25 front, 19x10.5 et25 rear, with 255/35 and 285/35 tyres. Not the same as you want, but might give you a point of reference about the width and offset. I'm lowered on Tein S springs (-17mm front, -14mm rear). No arch rolling or camber adjustment needed.

Agree with Rob - it needs some kind of genuine motorsport connection. Regarding the comparison to the 996 C4S... well, all cars will hold their value at some level, but it depends what that level is, and a Porsche will always be higher than a comparable Nissan
