Greetings, First post here so please go easy on me! I've had my '55 plate 350z for a little while and recently had a spot of emergency welding carried out on the exhaust as there had been some corrision where the pipe connects into the backbox itself (it had come away completely). In the meantime I've been trying to find a suitable replacement as obviously I need a more permanent solution. However, a number of the products I'ev looked at which are ostensibly for 03-05 models have disclaimers suggesting that there is quite a bit of extra work required to get one of these to fit a late 05 model (ie a 55 plate car such as mine). Can anyone suggest a backbox that will not need extensive cutting and welding? Any and all answers gratefully appreciated! Thanks in advance.
