Its deffo not the decats making this noise well at least i highly doubt it.. i'll have to sort a new y pipe at some point probably stillen as they dont have flexi joints.

Car sounds good apart from this rattle i mentioned in another post. .. kinetix have the eml fix and its been fine until this morning light came on on the way to work Is mapping the only way to get this off?

Hi guys, Any input appreciated and as the title says I fitted my decats n noticed a slight rip in the flexi joint and my exhaust keeps making a tsstsssttt noise when i lift off? Anyone had this before, it sounds like a babys rattle.

Ordered my kinetix test pipes from adrian @ torqen, very friendly guy, very helpful and as promised got my test pipes and fitted them yesterday Have already placed a new order with him for a pop charger and plenum spacer since torqen are smashing prices

They're fitted Cant wait to take em for a run BIt of a bitch to fit but got it done in around 3-4 hours... its doing up the nuts n bolts on the decats that's the hard part.

yeah ive been told the cobra is good by a few, but then others claim its not so good. Might see what torqen can get me for a good price

thats true... was just trying to get an idea as im staying N/A, so i dont think huge dual pipes would be good power wise. but i do love the sound of the ARK true dual and the HKS. but i think they are a tad pricey.

oh, so the kinetix should be a perfect fit then, as they are 2.25" i believe.

I dont doubt that once i turn that ignition on Anyone else running kinetix? I also need exhaust advice... what would go well with the kinetix. .. im staying N/A so dont want dual 3" pipes cause id imagine that'd lose power. Correct me if im wrong and exhaust recommendations needed

Thanks for the replies guys.. Berks all out of stock at the moment So i ordered kinetix test pipes that look almost identical and claim no cel either. I'll post pics and vids in a week or so. Thanks to Adrian @torqen for sorting me out and being so understanding to my newbie quiz questions

Hi Adrian, yes you deffo did lol these were posted before you replied haha, Still curious to find out the actual diamter of the header and y-pipe though

also anyone know the diameter of the Y-pipe and also the header (if thats what the cats join to) ... yes im still learning about exhausts and cars lol dont hate on me haha.

hi guys, as above, will these fit the OEM y pipe etc? also i believe the kinetix test pipes are 2.25inch diamater, will i have problems fitting this to a cobra exhaust system later on?

im not denying wasso's work at all, just by looking at the pics id recommend him to friends i'll let you guys know how i get on when i do it, if it looks terrible i will come grovelling to wasso lol

haha sorry wasso overlooking that comment it sounded like i was being a dick, tbf im sure you've got top notch equipment for polishing and i did look at your work, they are very very shiny. i mean no disrespect. if i had £140 id happily buy one of yours but unfortunately at the moment i dont, so i may attempt this myself and if i epicly fail i may by one of yours haha
