    ive just started doing mine and that stuff on the centre console is a bitch to rub down started using 80 n 60 grit and it still pretty tough stuff might be worth priming and re-sanding with a fine grit to get a smooth base for the paint... think this will be my plan... unless someone with more experience thinks this is a bad idea?

    thanks guys, appreciate all the input, im not sure what my uncle has or if hed even let me borrow it lol keyser i might have to take you up on that offer, so what garage you building? like house garage or workshop garage?

    hmmm i really want to learn to paint, ive painted odd bits with cans etc but never anything else. my uncle used to use guns and a compressor to paint his hotrods.

    what fabrication do you need guys? i know a fabricator, really good bloke that works at a Motorsport place that might be able to help out?

    what interior aerial did you get? I was thinking of doing this soon as my reception on my stubby is ridiculous, how does it look on your rear window? mines blacked out so guessing you wouldnt see it from the outside?
