The other information that didn't add up was already discussed with the advisor who set up my policy and it was getting sent to you. your comment about things "not adding up" had no part to play in the cancellation as the advisor I was dealing with told me that we need to sort the issue out with the mandate first and foremost and the other information can wait until after. The fact remains, you made a mistake with the mandate I had sent to you not me. And I was not given extra days at Xmas at all,the day I recieved your letter was the day you cancelled my policy. If you were open on the day I tried to call you then why did your automated service say your offices are closed until the 4th of January. Maybe someone should do their job and do an investigation rather than tell me that there is nothing more that can be done and my complaint cannot be resolved. I will be writing a letter to the managing director who may be able to do a better job than Andy, the person I spoke with today, and listen to the calls. Your simple stupid mistake of putting a post-it note with the wrong persons name to be signed left my family without an insured car over this time of year.
