  6. Incorrectly because of your bloody admin mate. Do your job and listen to all the calls before you post your nonsense answer. If your agent was there she would tell you exactly what's been happening, but she's 'OFF' so maybe you should listen to the calls.
  7. That is exactly the reason and i have read above, CK is just saying what they need to say to try and cover their backs. CK did not listen to the previous calls I have had with the advisor that set up the policy who stated the mandate is the most important part so they can take payment. CK's admin team instructed me, on the mandate using post-it notes whose signature is to go where. They put one post-it note with the wrong name on it. There is a legitimate reason why the other documentation has not been recieved which was discussed in detail with the advisor that set up the policy. She did state that if the mandate wasn't received the policy will be cancelled, CK received the mandate but their mistake has lead to the cancellation.

The other information that didn't add up was already discussed with the advisor who set up my policy and it was getting sent to you. your comment about things "not adding up" had no part to play in the cancellation as the advisor I was dealing with told me that we need to sort the issue out with the mandate first and foremost and the other information can wait until after. The fact remains, you made a mistake with the mandate I had sent to you not me. And I was not given extra days at Xmas at all,the day I recieved your letter was the day you cancelled my policy. If you were open on the day I tried to call you then why did your automated service say your offices are closed until the 4th of January. Maybe someone should do their job and do an investigation rather than tell me that there is nothing more that can be done and my complaint cannot be resolved. I will be writing a letter to the managing director who may be able to do a better job than Andy,the person I spoke with today,and listen to the calls. Your simple stupid mistake of putting a post-it note with the wrong persons name to be signed left my family without an insured car over this time of year.
  9. Never had this many issues with an insurance provider. Chris Knott have cancelled my policy because of their own stupid mistake. And what I tiny little stupid mistake it was. They sent me a direct debit mandate with post-it notes saying where each person needs to sign as we have a joint account. The post-it notes where in the wrong place but I didn't know this at the time. So I sent it back exactly how they had asked me to do so still with the post-it notes attached. I then receive a call saying is been signed in the wrong place and they're going to send me out another one. I then receive a letter on the 30th December telling me they are cancelling my policy on that very same day because they haven't recieved the correctly filled out DD mandate. The Letter was dated the 23rd December and I received it on the 30th, they gave me 7 days to fix it. I also received the new mandate after the cancellation letter. Is this my fault??? ABSOLUTELY NOT. NOW I HAVE TO PAY A HIGHER PREMIUM AND GO THROUGH THIS RUBBISH AGAIN TO START A NEW POLICY. All because a member of admin put a post-it note on the wrong part of the form. To say I'm peed off would be an understatement!!!!!! Best part was that I even called them on the 30th December to which I was told by their automated service that they are closed until the 4th January (today). So today they tell me they were open and its my fault. YOU WERE NOT OPEN! YOUR AUTOMATED SERVICE TOLD ME SO!WHY DO YOU THINK I'M CALLING YOU FIRST THING TODAY!

  11. Not had a chance as ive been working 12 hour shifts the last 3days so been pretty knackered. hopefully i'll get some time to work on the car this weekend.

  13. No doesn't have the sub but again a lot was removed from the car as it was used as a drift car at one point by the owner before last.
  14. See there was a lot taken out of the car by a previous owner which is why I'm not 100% sure. There are the connectors i believe for the heated seats but not the buttons and i have the 6 disc Stereo that looks exactly like the bose system just doesn't say bose on it. Came with Brembos. Also is a UK car.

  16. Hey folks, so when i bought my zed it came with a drift steering wheel. I have recently noticed that the speedo has the outline of the cruise light on it. My question is, does this mean my zed has cruise control and i just need to replace the wheel with the right one?

  20. Thats pretty cool, i'm still saving my pennies mark +1 on the penny saving Marky boy. Btw i sorted the slam panel out myself. Wasn't to hard to cut the shape. Hardest part was tryin not to scratch it, But looks amazing now. Just need to source the bumper support brackets now. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
