Well I opened the 350Z today. Mould smell hit me hard! Anyone have a good way to completely eliminate mould and smell from the car? Thankfully it'll only be a couple more months until it's back on the road. In the meantime I have to pick a colour and pick a set of 19"s. Will be using mines front lip a d tarmacsportz side diffusers and a chargespeed rear and smoothed bootlid (no spoiler). Colours I'm torn between are; Ford Imperial Blue Ford Polaris Grey Nissan Bayside Blue Nissan Gunmetal grey Black Wheels. I like so many. Leaning towards Work VSXX with the spokes a gunmetal colour. After the remap I really will need the big brake kit so I'll leave boost until everything else is sorted. At the same time as engine the clutch will be replaced with one capable of 750ib/ft.

Oh yes. I used to take those. What a chore! IIRC 11 pills per pack to take! Holland and Barrett used to do something similar. The centrum one I'm taking now is for physically active people.

By the way, currently taking a one a day multivitamin by Centrum. "Centrum Performance" I have to say, I do notice a difference in my wellbeing since taking them. Highly recommended IMO.

That's a decent lift Bradders. My DL'S suffer at the expense of my grip. Which is poo. Food wise I'm doing good. Getting plenty of protein in from food sources and nog ghastly shakes. I just discovered tinned chilli. "Casserole Chilli Con Carne" 360 cals a tin. 28g carbs (9.4g sugar) 22.6g protein That's all the important information I need. I don't care about low sodium diets etc. Also there's no funky stuff in it. E numbers modified this that and the other. Yeah I could make my own. But when you eat 6 meals a day then simplicity and ease really is the key. I eat a lot of cooked frozen chicken strips. It's 2 quid for 400g which will do 4 portions when accompanied with rice, pasta or my favourite - instant noodles. Instant noodles are a pretty good source of complex carbs and again, really quick to prepare. Bang sone chicken in and a few spices and job done. This Weekend I made an awesome massaman curry with lamb shanks. All slow cooked in the oven. Very bad for you.

Nice wheels. What are they?

All my PC's are on Windows XP, only my laptops, 4 of them, are on upgradeable machines. I still have some old PC's with either Win 98 or 2000 on them. These are no longer used but should still work Pete I installed Win98 on any system I built for quite some time. I found XP to be clunky at the time.

The reason I don't go to the in - laws at xmas is the Bichon that her cousin insists on bringing. Lunatic dog called Millie!
