  1. Shin splints. Had those for years. During and after boxing due to skipping. Terribe pain. That alternating dull/sharp ache and radiating pain that keeps you awake at night. Plenty of tiger balm or deep hear and voltarol.
  2. If she's in a train crash next and walks away the only survivor I'm calling Sammy L Jackson.
  3. Every year they find worse human trash than the previous. Used to be 'normal' people. Now they're literally finding the worst people they can encourage to apply. It is like watching Jeremy Kyle really. Also sort of like watching apes of all species.

    Best MPSS prices

Lovetyres.com Cheapest I could find when I bought mine.
  5. Anyone watching this year? Mindless car crash TV at its best. Marco Pierre Whites son is in it. What a cretin.
  6. Will let you know about last Friday of every month. See if there's any desire for anyone to reprazent the tree fiddy norf west massiv, other than me.

  8. Well I'm sorry to hear about what's gone on but I'm sure you knew I'd be sad to hear it. I'm happy to see you post again. No space for the amount of equipment I'd need. 100s of KG's in various plates. A squat rack. Lat pull down machine. A bench. Different barbells. A comprehensive set of dumbells and a rack.
  9. I find to get over that, you just put your hoodie on and put your hood up, get to the gym begrudgingly and get on with it and after a few sessions you *should* get the bug back. It's hard. I know. Ronnie Coleman once said "Ain't nothin' to it but to do it"
  10. Hello. I haven't weighed myself in ages. But lately I've been watching what I eat and making better decisions. Managed to lose 2st with little effort. I know a 3rd might be muscle as I haven't been lifting but I do feel more streamlined. I'm going to join a 2nd gym which is on my way to work. My main gym is in the opposite direction and in rush hour will be a nightmare to head back from. The 2nd gym is abysmal for free weights but cardio equipment is many and varied. Main gym is spot on for free weights. It's only 50 quid in total. The aim is to do 2hr of fasted cardio a day at very early hours and if I have to drive far to do it, I'm just not going to.
  11. Lol I don't have money to burn. It's an individual thing. Not many TTZ's floating about. And when you meet Mr Porsche Turbo and Mr Mercedes AMG or Mr Lamborghini and dare I say, Mr GTR and you at least keep up if not beat them, the look on their chops is priceless. True, logically you're losing lots of money. But I'm not a Vulkan. I'm Captain Kirk on a mission. Zero F's given.
  12. 15k for an engine build? Are you including FI in that? Forging, FI kit, management, clutch, building, fitting and mapping. No doubt someone will tell me it can be done for less but Im looking at new, high quality parts and a reputable engine builder, I dont think youd see much back out of £15K. You're right. Added mine up. TT kit 3500 Fitting 2600 Uprated bottom end build 4500 Fitting will be 1500© Other bits and pieces 1500 13600 and that's with 2nd hand TT kit.
  13. Are 370's known to be much faster than the 350 once boosted? Do they have much more advanced technology giving them an edge? 680whp 370 vs 700whp GTR
  14. 15k for an engine build? Are you including FI in that? If we're talking from a standing start then yes the GTR will always win with its gadgetry. No doubt. I think I added my total spend up to 25k ish for 650whp.
  15. Hmm. I don't think it'd cost £40k to make a 350Z faster than a GTR. As Alex says, the only issue I can see is traction at higher power levels. It weighs less. It could potentially have the same or more power. Even with fancy launch control I don't think a Z would ever beat a GTR from a standing start. But rolling and with a decent TCU then, why not?
  16. Really nice. Don't like the stanced look usually.

    Spacers fitted

The insurance question just had me thinking, so I just did a quick go compare and if I install wheel spacers (It's quite high on my list to get) my insurance goes from £770 to £1341 yet a new exhaust system takes it from £770 to £808. Do you know why that would be or is it just that the comparison sites are being a bit funny?? Mine didn't go up that much when I added twin turbo etc to the quote.

  19. Cheshire would fall under the North West group I presume. Plenty of nice places in Cheshire to meet up.
  20. Thank you GM, Yeah I have to be honest, coming from a 99bhp 1.6 haha, it wasnt really something I was looking into striaght away. As soon as TT mention it. I've done some brief research and be stupid not to look into it. Got any recomendations for a garage south central is area? Thanks again, Rob Take it to Abbey Motorsports or Horsham Developments. Nissan pro's.
  21. It'll increase it slightly yes. The figures don't always paint the whole picture. Get the bolt on parts and then take it to get Uprev tuning and you won't regret it. The tuning is essential to make the most of those mods mentioned above. It transforms the way the car feels for the better.
  22. Your engine bay is immaculate mate. Think it might be a step down with regards to aesthetics.
  23. Welcome to the gang! Glad you're loving your new Z. They are a special car. Have those mods you listed been brought into synergy with an Uprev?
  24. Looks like quite a basic kit. Add your import tax and VAT to that and you're looking at 4800 quid. Then fitting cost and rolling road mapping with Uprev. Probably looking at 6.5k when all done. I'd add the optional extra of ball bearing turbo. It'll need modifying too because of our right hand drive. The steering column would be in the way I presume. My kit was for a left hand drive Z and had that issue. I feel like I'm p1ssing on people's chips today
