Hi. What pieces of music stirr emotion in you? It can be happy or sad or angry or inspirational and majestic. I've been sat at the computer a while today rediscovering pieces I used to love.

I can sympathise. My parents didn't want me to go into further education. They wanted me to get out and earn money and pay for my keep. So I just got a warehouse job with Littlewoods at one of their huge distribution centres. Was agency but was taken on after 3 months. This is back when overtime was still paid on Saturday and Sunday. One of the things immigration HAS impacted is that sector. You used to be able to join an agency then be in work the next day. Now you have to fight and pester to get in. Overtime is gone...there are people who will work 7 days a week 12 hours a day at no extra pay. Sooooooo since 1998 I've been doing that. One job to another. There are never any chances to be taken on. When they're busy, you're in. When it slows, you're out. My point is though - I'm now at university doing a degree at 35 years old. So if you want to change career, it's never too late. Don't spend years unhappy and unfulfilled like I have. Go for it.

It'd have to be naturally aspirated for me. They could once again employ BMW to make a modern day version of the high revving V12 in the F1. It quite literally should just be an updated F1 but as close to the original as possible.

Yeah stress related weightloss. Simply not being interested in food because I constantly felt nauseous and had a fast heartbeat. I'm getting better though now. Starting to look forward to things and the more lifting I do the hungrier I'll get. Been and got my digital scales and bought a load of resealable containers from ASDA. They're not tupperware, they're more like the plastic tubs you get with a takeaway. But they're perfect because I needed a lot of them. I'll cook my weeks meals on a Sunday and freeze 6 days worth. Chicken. Fish. Rice. Pasta. Mixed veg. New potatoes, pasta. Need to get a decent MRP shake too. 3 shakes and 3 meals a day.

How's everyone doing? I haven't been to the gym in ages and my appetite has been non existent. I'm very much visibly a smaller frame now. 14st down from 19. 40" waist to 34" All my clothes are very baggy on me and my belt wont tighten any more than it already is. On the plus side im only 8 weeks away from having visible abs. I think I'll take the opportunity to add as much lean muscle as i can while also losing fat. Nice clean diet.

Forza 6 is a good game.

Amazing game, with a proper steering wheel & pedal set up it's next level. Seems unplayable with joypad. Maybe I need to play with the settings. I did briefly but it didn't improve much.

OddJob is always banned in multiplayer. Hes so short that the auto aim feature doesn't aim at him

How can i find out if its still set at the same boost level it was when it went fubar? Someone told me i need to be sure of the wastegate pressure before i even do anything else.

Will be getting it booked into Rally Equipe in the next week or so. Nearly back on the road! Will travel downt to Adrians in the next week or two and pick the shortblock up. Then it'll be in the garage for a week and will have uprated discs and pads installed. Obviously the standard brakes are fubar after a lot of abuse and 18 months stationary.

Yes that's definitely par for the course. Quite good numbers actually if you have a heavy foot.
