  1. Be lucky to get that far when it's all sweaty and stuck to you. Don't even have the strength to peel it off your skin. Exactly. You have to wait for someone to come into the changing rooms. Then you're like "Help meeee" like that guy in Robocop who's just been doused in toxic waste! Ha. Or like that scene in Ace Ventura 2 where his arms are paralysed. 1:07 lol
  2. Until you have to reach for something on the top shelf and your arm gives up and just flops about at hip height The worst is trying to peel your tshirt off for a shower and you can barely lift your arms and get stuck with your tshirt around your face!
  3. It's great focusing on one body part per day. Means that bodypart gets hammered and has a week to recover and with proper nutrition and sleep you can really improve strength and size quickly. I lift weights 5 days a week. I need to start doing cardio before breakfast so I get really lean while gaining muscle. Only need to do an hour incline walk before food. Uses fat as its low intensity and on an empty stomach your glycogen is mostly depleted. It's what competing bb'ers do to lean up before a contest. As well as use DNP and Clenbuterol and T3 thyroid meds as well as short ester 'roids. They drop a lot of fat in 12 weeks. Not very healthy people immediately pre contest. Extreme dehydration on purpose too.
  4. Off to Birmingham tonight to meet up with Torqen and get my forged bottom end. Wish me luck - going in the Foceye
  5. Best not be Mickey Mouse insurance lol.
  6. Good luck! Stick at it. I've bee having really good workouts. Absolutely exhausting each muscle group. I love that feeling of muscles being so fatigued that by the end you can barely lift anything. Yesterday was back. I can feel exactly where I worked it. My lats, rear delts, centre of my back and lower back. I've always done 4 sets of 8 and not really done huge workouts through worrying about over training but in Reality it's very hard to over train. Maybe if doing a full body workout every day. I am very weak but I'm sure it'll fly up. I atrophied a lot after personal problems last year.
  7. A company called Be Wiser. It doesn't say who they're a subsidiary of.
  8. I remember I bought a really nice set of alloys for my Prinera GT and loaned it to my mum. She curbed all 4 wheels!
  9. Finally got a decent quote all mods declared like for like. Just over £1100.
  10. I like the civic. Looks really well. I'd still love another VTEC. I enjoyed my B18 Civic.
  11. So many cars must be written off then. Someone needs to govern these insurance companies much more effectively than they are doing. One thing I hate about this country. We just swallow everything that's forced on us. Price hikes...swallow it. Government policy reforms.....swallow it. We all grumble but we're all kept busy with beurocracy and red tape. Lets not forget its only a small group of over privileged Oxbridge numptys so detatched from the people they're ruling over. The peons that serve them directly are just as disgruntled. More protests and unrest is needed. We all live in fear and just bend over and hope they use lube.
  12. Oldham is 17 miles away from me.
  13. Just say you're the local DK much respect.
  14. Yep. Wet and dry with 1200 then use a good polish. Before and after: Might need a few goes but it will work. Oh and first use some toothpaste with the little microbeads in.
  15. Its probably retarding things to keep it safe. Remap it and you'll see and definitely feel a difference :-)
  16. Mods can be detrimental when not tuned to run with them. Its CPU is a neural net processor, a learning computer. Thats a T800 though and not a VQ35DE Get it mapped so its not trying and failing to make sense of what youve done to it.
  17. Bizarre. for sure. No real cause as such. I tried a few different places on comparison sites today and my ex's house came with back with a quote, was 10k!! And in a better area. My mate lives in a very quiet upmarket village called Bowden and there was very little difference between his and my address. There's onviously something afoot with the insurance industry. They've probably been allowed to increase prices due to a change or something and they've run away with it.
  18. Aaaaaaand the 'test perving for reaction' has begun....
  19. Yes. My Z and my Focus and also a Fiesta 1.4tdci which came back at very nearly £1000!! It's silly that my postcode is the same as Oldhams which is a very urban built up area. I live in a sleepy village on the yorks border 15 miles away from Oldham!
  20. Following on from my previous post about A.Flux I've come up against a worrying problem. Basically all my quotes anywhere, using multiple comparison sites and direct to insurer calls are all coming up hugely more expensive and in quite a few cases the company wouldn't quote me. Sky insurance which were amazing for my 350Z even after modifications wont quote me now. All my details are the same. What on earth could be the reason behind this? I asked my friends if they'd had a similar problem when getting cover. None had. Any ideas guys?
  21. Women in lycra is one of lifes little pleasures. Unless too large or too skinny to pull it off. Wilma Deering was a childhood crush of mine! Jennifer Metcalfe can really pull the look off
  22. Handcuffs. For pleaseure or to be detained.
  23. My old Primera GT had a very slight blow that sounded like a loud woosh. It'd go away when hot. Obviously it's something that reacts to heat. Loose manifold. My 350Z had a loose turbo manifold and that wooshed too.
