    We could have a meet at North West Modified, too. They meet at Future Business Park in Bacup last Friday of every month. Just a thought. Also I think/hear there's a big meet on at Trafford Centre often. I don't mind anywhere in the NW.

    I don't know if I can even do a pullup. Never tried. I do lateral pull down for my lats and biceps get blasted on arm day. I haven't tried creatine in years. Do you find it helps?

    How's it going for everyone? Summer will soon be here and I've got an itching to buy a whole new summer wardrobe so even more incentive to keep grinding away at the iron mill. Will be back in the Z attending meets so I have to be MASSIVE! Lol. Anyone on holiday this summer?

    My old focus ST gets 9mpg round town and 17mpg on long motorway trip at 70 in 6th. 10 quid in an empty tank and I can get to Rochdale and back and fuel light will be on again. 17.8 miles round trip.

    Definitely this. when I had my fuel pump uprated the O ring wasn't changed. There was a tiny nick in it and it made the cabin reek of fuel. Especially with the window down. Vacuum pulling the vapours out.

    should be a nice meet. would June or July be a bit better weather wise? I've heard that Ireland has pretty crap weather all year.

    Hello. Can only find one set of keys for the Z. Where's the cheapest place to get replacement, presuming it's not a Nissan main dealer option only. Oh and the lost key erased from immobiliser. Thankyou.
