You may be right, for now. How long will it last though? it'll get to a point where more and more will be expressive about their radical views and words will become action as they meet decreasing resistance. But do you genuinely believe that after hundreds of years the U.K. is poised to abandon our legal framework and adopt an entirely new justice system? I mean, really genuinely believe that there is even a 1% chance of that happening in real life? I don't think we'll abandon it. But over time we'll give up liberties and allow ourselves to fall back time and again due to ever more PCness and tolerance as we try to set examples. It'll take many decades, perhaps. But one day we will be the minority and their law will be our law. We don't have children at anywhere near the same rate. We don't create enclaves in a host country and refuse to integrate and we don't have the "race" card on our sides. I worked with a guy who'd been here 25 years and he never spoke a word of English because he didn't need to. His community provided everything he needed. Shops. Mosque. Health care. And those communities grow and the boundaries spread out. He was a grandfather to 33 children. I'd love them to open up and invite us into their communities. I have quite a few Muslim friends but the friendship doesn't extend to going to their houses for dinner etc because they don't want to be seen having an "outsider" in their homes. And that's a shame. Like I've said before in this thread, I wish it wasn't "us" and "them".

Hi. After nearly 2 years off the road, my Z finally went into the garage today. Was a pain to get off the driveway. Completely seized brakes and awkward street and angle. Got there in the end. Had to start the engine to get it to move. Wow, what a car. 2 years sat on a drive, put 50p in the meter (gave it some leccy)and it started up. Albeit with the very unhealthy rattle. Very excited to get it back. This time round it's shortblock fitted, uprated radiator, oil cooler, radiator fans, heads refreshed and stage 4 clutch (800ib/ft rated!) my left calf is going to be massive, and standard discs and pads for now. They were adequate at 0.3 bar and 430bhp.I'm not one to thrash it in places where I'll need sudden braking. I don't feel the Z is that kind of point to point, point and squirt B road basher where you really need good brakes. It's more of a motorway brute where torque and power really comes into its own. Obviously really as it's a GT car. Just get it running, run it in, get the other bits and bobs later and then complete the project before summers end. I may sell it then as my ex is really putting pressure on me to pay her back the money she invested in "us" when we were together and also wants my inheritance money too. I'll have nothing

Thanks Strudul. Exactly what's said in that link. "They" consider us hedonistic, evil, gregarious. "Their" values are in complete opposition to ours. "They" want us to bow to Sharia law. The peace loving Muslims need to find an equilibrium with us. Not infiltrate and take us by force from within. We need to see this from the majority of them to know and believe that they dont all secretly want us to bow to them. They're so alien to us and such an enclave within our society and very shut off. People naturally fear what they don't know, and when they keep hurting us despite being born and raised here, it really becomes hard to just keep your heart and mind open. I want there to be more intolerance from within their own community towards these fanatics. They need to unite with us and not see us as their opposite and enemy. Modern day Muslims really have a chance now to bring their religion into the 21st century and allow for other cultures and faiths and not just see them as something to be stamped out under Allah's will.

The only way extremist Muslims will be defeated is when the real, peaceful muslims learn that shopping the extremists isn't turning their back on their brother and they're actually helping Islam to survive. One day it'll come to us or them. Our values or theirs. If the extremists are left to be the global face and PR for Islam - which they are. They need to integrate with their host nations and cooperate. Infiltration is beating integration.

Lol going to a high school in Rochdale there were loads of "rubber dinghy rapids" types. The quiet ones, that wore bits of traditional garments and walked around school with a Koran tucked under their arms and spoke eloquently were the ones to watch out for. Didn't have the vocabulary back then to go toe to toe. Lol there was one guy called Muruwat and he was a total replica of Waj! Was so funny because he had ridiculous answers in class that he would say with total conviction. I can't remember the topic but I can remember him shout out "Be's a electronical ROBOCOP innit sir!!" Lol. We all got along in our own awkward little way. All this is pre 9/11 and there wasn't as much tension.

Chavvy depends on the car. In a Corsa, chavvy. On a Subaru Impreza, pretty standard. The Z with its classy lines? I don't know. I really wanted the Agency Power exhaust just for the noise, but personally, for me, it being a BIG single exit put me off. After listening to and watching a few videos of it, it's too loud for me, too. I have a Scorpion, no cats, two turbo's. Just cruising and in 6th at 70mph it produces no droning, it's not overly loud unless I put the licence shredder pedal on the floor. Nice burble at idle, nice sound when gently accelerating, not a loud "BRRRRR". Up to you though mate. Just giving my opinion. Alex has them ready to go.
