  1. Congrats mate - you come on leaps and bounds from those first progress pics you shown us. All the best for finals on Sunday, certainly inspired me to try that little harder As long as you don't start turning green all the time I'm green right now after seeing Chirags wife to be. Lol. No. Joking aside well done Chirag. You seem like a top lad and deserve all the good life gives you. If anything I'll turn purpley red from high blood pressure Thanks for the words of support guys! It's nice to be able to speak to like minded people about this kind of stuff. Most of the time when you try to talk to someone about it they look at you like you're just a "meathead" For most people anything other than a bit of light exercise once a week is completely absurd and a waste of time.
  2. Oooooeee we can haz moar speed!!
  3. Man I miss driving my Z. F*CK you, rod bearing!!

  5. Could be touch and go. Doing nearly the national limit in a 50 zone. Good luck though mate.
  6. I watched Legend at cinema on Saturday. Was absolutely fantastic. Really recommend.
  7. Awww. Brilliant pic. I had a GS growing up and he was absolutely amazing. GS's are in my opinion, the best dog you can have. Loyal. Fiercely protective. Super intelligent. Empathic. Gentle. Very loving. Funny. Goofy.
  8. Bodybuilders are narccistic nutters. The whole thing boils down to "I look better than you and I sold my soul to prove it" I couldn't do if either. Maybe I didn't title the thread properly. I'm a weightlifter with the purpose of looking better progressively and feeling happier about myself. Having big strong muscles is beneficial to health. Stronger bones, joints and tendons (given use of proper form). Less bodyfat and higher metabolic rate. I think a lot of smaller guys look at bigger guys and say "Can't be healthy that. He's bulky and slow. I bet he's really unfit" but that doesn't have to be true. I see a lot of local team football/rugby players who are very obviously overweight and unfit. Because they believe their involvement in the sport once a week automatically means they're athletic. For me, lofting weights with the aim of getting bigger gives me structure and goals rather than just randomly exercising. It's good for focus and character with regards to defining goals and seeing it through. It's horses for courses in this world. It'd be boring of we were all the same. Crossfit can kiss my big ass though lol. https://www.t-nation.com/training/crossfit-the-good-bad-and-the-ugly
  9. Don't worry about it mate. You did awesome and carved a physique 99% of the population would kill to have. Also if that's your missus stood with you in a few of the pictures then I wouldn't worry about anything - you've already won in life!!
  10. Oh no man. I'm gutted for you. You are, though, alive to tell us about it. You can't be replaced. At the risk of, but not intending to be insensitive, if you wish to find a new home for the chargespeed rear bumper I would be interested.
  11. The standard airbox has a direct feed if I remember correctly. That and a Performance panel filter might be the best option.
  12. I rarely eat dairy. Not a big cheese or milk fan. Gluten - hard work. It's in everything. And I'm lazy lol.
  13. Yes! Eat big lift big get big. So much more fun than cutting Like I am now But I need to get rid of the fat as I have plenty of muscle mass but when it's covered in an inch of fat you just look bulky. It's coming off nice and fast though. Keto does work well with fasted cardio. Just hate the diet as I'm a carb monster.
  14. Doesn't appear turbo charged? ^
  15. I did a 26 mile Thames path challenge last year, took me over 3 months to manage a long run again afterwards, and that's without sustaining any injuries. That's why I've decided to start using weights as I think it will help increase speed and endurance, more than running alone. Good luck S7nny, know a few others done the tough mudder challenge and its.....well tough lol When all's said and done, it's 90% mindset on the day, so just think positive. Hope the physio goes well! I can't be bothered with all you ultra fit and lean endurance types lol I want to be so big I have to walk sideways through a doorway. Or just smash through it Yeah Chirag stop carpet bombing us with your undies shots
  16. Thankyou. A good read and simple to understand.
  17. Go buck wild and get one of these for those green light snoozers. Can someone please post this as a video in here...
  18. How you feeling Chirag? Did you get high off the sudden carb load?!
  19. If only there were high street shops and outlets to the equivalent of Next etc that sold turbo's etc. We too could go shopping in the sales, happily.
  20. Relax. Just buy a forged bottom end like meeeeee
