Hi guys, As per title i have 4 of the standard rays wheels. All of them in good condition with some kerb markings, Ive had the car a few months previous owner told me they had not long been refurbed. Two have great tread left (continentals) and two could do with changing and are the wrong size for the rears so the traction control has a tantrum so would advise changing these! After looking around im after £450 collected from Swansea, South Wales.

So guys, Apologies i haven't updated this in a while! Been in the process of moving house etc so zeds been a little neglected! So after removing all the bonnet wrap i decided i didn't like the side strips, these came off to my horror that they were on there for a reason...the drivers side door looked to have been in a crash and someone had resprayed the door up to the sticker line!! dont ask, i have no idea why a professional resprayer would do such a crap job!! Nevertheless you cant really notice it but something ill look at sorting in the future my luck keeps on happening with this car! So the good stuff... 15mm and 25mm spacers on the car to sit these lovely beauties 18x10 and 18x9.5 ET12: I also decided to add on the Nismo style front splitter but i arched it slightly so its lower on the sides and added in some splitter stays more for looks but it holds it in shape better, I also went down the route of lowering springs so fit some Eibach's which was the best idea i had. Much comfier than coilovers and it sits spot on for me! here she was at the local car show: Nice stubby aerial and splitter courtesy of tarmac sportz! Next? Im looking for decats i think and a blitz style rear spoiler. My original idea was a BGW but it just seemed stupid in reality lol. Need to sort the less glamours jobs of: drivers window motor went (fixed) cup holder needs to be sorted! yesterday found the the ambient air temp sensor seems to be playing up and kicking my fans in, its definitely not 51 degress in wales! Roll the rear lips slightly because of rubbing! Cheers guys!

Ok so I've just taken the wheel off. Checked for play and nothing. I checked what Keyser said and it all seems to be fine. Still tried to clean it up a little. I'll report back in the morning when I drive to work. Strange!

Thanks guys, always a big help on here. I only asked as the guy put on the YouTube video that he changed the bearing at it worked. I'll try what Keyser suggested later and see what the outcome is! Thanks guys

Hi guys, I have had a broke window for the last few months and just recently fixed it, now having the window down i noticed a clicking sound from the drivers front wheel area. If you put the window up you cant hear it so god knows how long its been there!! After a little youtubing this video is pretty accurate to it: and my video of the noise, sorry about the background wind i wasnt sure how else to capture it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnGbBUCK4co&feature=youtu.be Would i be right in thinking its a wheel bearing going? Im not used to that sound of a bearing its normally whirring sound/droning sound. It also disappears on left turns on load and worse on right turns. Hi Guys, Im looking at getting the above wheels for the zed, ive seen a 350 with a set on and they look bloody beautiful! Im just after some advice in terms of sizes/offsets etc. Do generally people scale up a size when they have after market wheels, i.e 19"s? I was thinking of going 9.5j front and 11j rear and wondered how much fun will i have fitting them? Regards, Craig

Hmm ill dismantle it all again later, im abit confused whats happening, as i said when i had both motors just wired to the harness they were fine so i havent blown £100 for nothing! It seems to be the actual sliders perhaps, shall i give them a grease up or something?

I dont think its this mate as i just plugged both motors into the harness on their own and they both worked without issues. It sounds like its struggling to be honest, could it be the winding thing that attaches on the motor? ive changed that whole window mount thing surely two arent shot! i have read somewhere about reseting motors if you change them?

Hi guys, Bit stumped here, bought the car knowing motor was shot. Yesterday playing around I banged the door and heard the motor move, me being hasty arsed around and the window dropped and stayed dropped!! So today I took a smack in the face with a second hand motor and the door panel with frame for £100... Took all the panel off, swapped motor...nothing? Thought can't be two duff ones, took it out of the wire spool/winding thing and both motors worked with just power in them. So I thought it must be that window mount part so swapped that and seemed to work, replaced everything and nothing again?? Am missing something lol? Thanks in advance. Craig
