It really boils my p**s the audacity of the cretins we have to share the road with, good on you for being able to put them in their place. Do they know you have the camera to back this up yet or are you saving that for a later date/reveal? Off-topic i know but almost as bad as those c**ts who act upset/angry when you beep at them for some dickish move they just pulled, yet somehow your in the wrong for reacting? lol jog on.

I recommend getting some 20mm hubcentric wheel spacers front and back (go Eibach) to fill out those arches better, you will thank me later

You have my attention. East Mids 350z meetup in Burton?
-
Thanks for the suggestions I'll have a look into it in that case as it sounds 1) cheap and 2) reversible which is always good My wallet is now lighter following Saturdays visit to CougarStore. No pics but it consisted of the following: DMF (I know, but its my daily) Exedy clutch Vibratechnics transmission mount Braided line Slave cylinder Rear drop-links I've got to re-learn the car now as the clutch pedal is so light compared to before I'm struggling not to stall while pulling away. There's been some interesting gear changes! The mount has also improved my 1st > 2nd issue, its not completely resolved but its an improvement.

Who can replace Banana arm bushings near(ish) Stafford?
Sargara replied to galaxyg's topic in 350Z Technical
If you go for OEM rather than aftermarket, the banana arms alone are the best part of £500 in parts cost alone. -
If you are planning all that why didn't you just get the Driftworks handling pack in the first place? https://www.driftworks.com/nissan-350z-handling-pack.html

This is priceless. People voted Labour thinking the Torys were bad haven't seen anything yet if the DUP get their way, they make the Tories appear Lefty by comparison Voting Tory would have actually been the lesser of the 2 outcomes in reality.

Brutal! REV UP owners confirmed worst of the bunch, on your bike!

Its no more or less of a knee jerk reaction than Corbyn replacing his ex-fling Diane the day before the vote either desperate to distance himself from her woeful conduct and to win a few extra votes. They are all at it.

Sounds like textbook Banana-arm symptoms to me, mine did exactly that when they needed doing. I suggest you find a garage that knows about these cars. -
Its alright guys I'm sure another round of hashtags and Facebook profile pics will definitely work this time, nothing tells ISIS we wont be defeated like a bunch of social media snowflakes! (not aimed at this thread of course, just the inevitable twitter/facebook fallout).

Come and collect it, time the dates right for JapFest and you can collect and display your car http://www.japfest.c...pfest-donington (Chris is 15mins away from Donington)

So when are you becoming a trader and pimping out your PU mount? If you ever do a V2 try and add a rubber surround between the middle metal tube and the PU, perhaps washers or similar may work to add a little dampening.

Looks like they will yeah the only issue might be the size, its hard to get a feel for their dimensions and height may be an issue if they foul the inside of the housing. Only one way to find out.

I picked mine up from www.lidsdirect.co.uk but it was 2013 roughly and I cant find the order confirmation now to know what i paid, around £100 if i recall. If i was riding a bike or driving a convertible I'd definitely spend more on a decent helmet. I opted for full visor too, didn't fancy the glass in the face experience if the worst case happened.

Didn't know you had one Rich, I ordered mine on the 26th. What were they like timescale wise in getting it shipped after you ordered out of interest?
-
Didn't get chance to put your MSpaint into practice today, but on the plus side anyone up for some 1972 used cars we found behind some plasterboard?
-
Try and source a 2nd hand pair, maybe Jon @ Emperor has some before he closes down to experiment on mate. I cant really comment as I went down the the usual cleared out lens and LED bulb route.
-
Anything other than HEL. So Goodridge would get my vote.
-
The problem as I see it is unless you redesign the internals its going to look exactly like someone has just laid some LED strips inside a bulb housing. You will still have the holes for the bulbs, the bulb surrounds etc. So unless you can think of a solution to either hide this or gut them out I dont think it will look right.
-
****ing lol those MSpaint skills are top notch.

Yeah true thats an option I hadn't thought of. Not sure my Ypipe flexi's are up to much more trial and error though trying to get them in the right place...

No idea on the mats, they came with the car and I've never bothered to change them. Mitz always comments on my "carpets" tho Yeah cheers first home so a big step, meaning the garage hassle is the last thing I need. Figured I might have difficulty with the entrance width (its a fairly awkward approach angle) never thought about this issue! Yeah its going to be a pain that's for sure. The public path is the tarmac in the pic so I only have the concrete to work with. I'm going to have to get a tradesman as I don't have the tools/time for this but I'm hoping they can take some of the floor out and create a more gradual slope in to replace the current "step up" outside the door. Downside will be the door will have a gap underneath it as the floor will be lower I guess. Still got to break it to the missus this is eating into the kitchen funds

Due to the size of the job I've not been able to book in with CougarStore until June, not much longer to go now. Picked up a memento from Silverstone Japfest: They didn't have any of the cloth ones left so I made do with this rubber version, not too bad. Also got one of MopedMark's gearsticks from the member traders section. Comparison next to my EPRacing one I had initially: I definitely prefer this. Its more weighty and sits better in your palm, good improvement in my opinion. And lastly I got the keys to our new house yesterday so decided I'd give the garage a try today during the redecorating work: ... Bummer. That's as far as I was able to get! Ground out near the Y-pipe. Another job on the house @*!# list, sort garage entrance
