  1. Just read through this whole thread what an epic build thread, I doff my hat sir
  2. Nice car...........Thought about the breathing mods and a remap ?. If done right you'll get 300bhp @ the fly and if that's still not enough how about nos. I've often thought about a FI car as all my cars are N/ A and personally for me the 7-8 k it costs for sc setup on the zed is not money well spent. That 8k can buy you a lot of Fi cars and there's a sc z on ebay atm, maybe worth having a look and buying an already sc one and selling your current zed.
  3. In my mind, mods you do to your car are for you to enjoy doing. Very little gain in value to modded cars, at the end of the day it's only worth what the market dictates it's worth (obviously it's worth its weight in gold to the owner and modder) but spending loads of ££ modding will still, at point of sale lose you money, it's never going to make it an investment. Mod for enjoyments sake and forget about its resale value further down the years.

  9. Coventry Earlsdon Park Premier Inn booked for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday , looking forward to this event
  10. I'll probably be up at Crail for this mate, dibs on an other shotgun ride :teeth:
  11. Having shotgunned with Stevie at Crail, on the big track I can atest to his drifting skills.......sideways round corners at scarey speeds just comes natural to him. If any member is ever up at Crail and Stevie is there, scrounge a shotgun ride with him, it's epic
  12. Congratulations, all the best for the future
  13. Got my list of engine bling goodies back from Mark this afternoon, polished throttle body, polished / nickel plated bonnet catch, refurbished strut brace in shiny nickel plating with the feet painted red along with Marks own 350z core brace in the same format and a red custom slam panel, well chuffed with the quality of workmanship. All fitted on to the car this afternoon. Just waiting for my engine cover to arrive back from Paul @ Revolveautomotive next week and the jobs a good un. Will post up pics next week. Thanks again Mark, luvin my new bling
  14. Three words.... don't do it. Get it uprev mapped, it's the only proper map for the 350z. It'll cost circa £400 including vat.
  15. ^^^^^ What Andy says above but also bare in mind if you do go through the insurance then YOUR premiums will rise too, fault or no fault
  16. 1500 miles.....easy mate a nice 4 day round trip up to Scotland will sort that out no problem, stunning autumn scenery to be had up in central and west Scotland with thee best roads in the UK to drive. I'd happily meet up with you for a day / weekend tour..... date dependant.
  17. Could really punch you square on the nose Kayjay lol. Just spent the last of my birthday money on other engine bling mods, but would've opted to buy this first, if I'd seen it first. Cracking bit of performance and bling modding. If you've still got it come December pm me ill have it for my Xmas prezzie from the missus, she just doesn't know it yet.
  18. How about a rebuild with bore and stroke kit work being done, taking it up to 3.7 ( or bigger), not sure how that, versus buying a 370z engine would be but there would be massive savings on everything else needed to do a 350 - 370 transplant. No electrics, gearbox / engine mount repositioning etc etc
