Before i got my cat-back a couple of months ago, i phoned up my local custom exhaust fabricator (not a powerflow!) they had worked on a Zed before, and they were quite honest and said that for the labour involved it would be cheaper and easier for me to buy one off the interweb and for them to fit it. Although i can only assume they were expecting to have to do something fancy with a new backbox, or must have had grief last time. That being said, the aftermarket backbacks have a smaller box than the OEM, i *assume* it has a larger ground clearance too, but i havent actually measured. can you take a picture of where its scraping, your exhaust hasnt been fitted under (i.e, from a top down view) your anti roll bar has it ?

Hire of Rolling Road ...... Anyone know who does it?
Pritchard replied to d95gas's topic in Off Topic Discussion
I have used DynoDaze a few times before for general dynos, but actually they use a mobile unit.... might be worth an ask, no idea if they do shows events. -
Im currently running 276 at the hubs (around 307bhp) with a NA tune on the DE, and theres this guy that lives near me that has a Clio 182 thats as standard as they come, and ffs i cant get rid of it in a straight line !! really winds me up. He of course is wetting himself with laughter, and then goes to the pub with a sense of achievement. I go home and kick the dog. I'm keeping an eye on your threads BodyB, FI is around the corner for me too so your asking the questions on my behalf at the moment keeping the stock internals, and without looking to change that, i think i'll be chasing the SC route to get the 400hp+ I've sat in friends aftermarket tuned turbos (non-Zs) and they feel awesome. but when i get in the drivers seat, that lag is awful. but that may be down the quality of the tune and sizing of the turbo on their specs. ether way, i didnt like the lag. felt like my diesel TT.

I'm no Physicist, so im not going to mention the Mpemba Effect because that will blow peoples minds. I always liked those remote start alarms, where you could start the car in the morning from your bedroom but the car remained locked. This was in the days of Novas and Kadets when they didnt have alarms in the first place. Probably wit todays alarms its not possible? With the product youve listed, does it serve as a pump too as well as a heater? because your engine waterpump wont be spinning. .... edit. and, what about your oil? Heating your coolant wont bring the oil temp up to operating levels.

I have to ask.... reckon you could upload some clean pictures? these are filthy

The Pumpkin: 3 Month Sprint Build - *Sprint Complete*

Yep. And i was willing to pay for it. But when the bodyshop comes back says says it wont fit who am i to argue? Oh well. sh1t happens. just means i have to wait longer for Pumpkin to return. in the meantime the absence of a Z in my life this week has seen me make up for it by diligently sourcing the interweb for something new and unique. I like doing little things that no-one has done yet. nothing brash mind you. For example, - i am tempted to ask RT to leave that diffuser off the rear bumper so that i can fit quad tips down the line. - i'm in full swing in my wheel-hunt too for when the car returns. I'm still sold on the Vossen wheels. but im looking at a front rear mix (i.e, 18" front 19" rear for example). - looking at getting the interior retrim in orange leather priced up, after seeing Mudmans awesome outcome! Already got the orange seats, so would be a door + console jobby. The interior doesnt seem to get much love amongst the Z owners, so would be different in that respect. **edit, when i say ''no-one has done'' i mean uncommonly carried out. like going to the Wales meet and being the only one with a particular design / mod. -
not really a noticable different between the 2 is it. probably more defined with the eye. cool. thanks for that. scratch that idea from my head

I see nothing wrong here....

i have to get this one in before someone else does... im sure its a well know car
-
each to their own of course. So this is only my opinion and my taste, but when i see CF i cry.
-
funny how people have different tastes. i think what we can gather from your list is that you like the factory look. lol

i've had a search around but cant find anyone thats looked into it before. does anyone run, or does anyone have any pictures, of anyone running a larger dia rear wheel set? now I dont mean to increase the rotating diameter (i.e to mess around with the traction cntrl). So, the front wheel can stay as its 225/45/18, but the rear could be a choice of 2 larger sizes and still be within 0.5% rotating size with the right tyre. (sizes are an EXAMPLE only) 245/40/18 245/35/19 245/30/20 im just looking at this from a costmetic view, i cant seem to find any decent picutres on any car that runs this, except for thick rear drag cars. although the Corvette due an inch bigger rear. that looks nice I just want to know how it would look. **Photoshop opportunity ** lol
-
lol, didnt see. put your name down. it says ''first come first serve'' not ''the most modified cars get priority over others'' The Z is a beauty from Stock to Drift to Race-Spec and every level inbetween. edit. (Did you intentionally leave exactly 24hours between your posts? lol)

so Ekona... where did you get with this idea?

Still the Do-luck front and skirts... rear is going to be the aerospec R1, its pretty similar on the side, but with a different diffuser. Bizz is using it on his drift car im told (couldnt find any rear pictures of his car tough.) -
not seen this before, just watched the first 41min (upto the end of the race) i'll use this post as my bookmark lol

I need to ask a most ridiculus question.... this year will be my first year attending car shows. i have never even been to one as a spectator, so when you say ''stand''..... what does a stand actually mean? Does this involve a ramp and a platform. or is it just a designated area of grass with a flagpole or tent? Cheers.
