£600 to replace a sub wow that's expensive done a complete audio install on my brothers car for £500 which included a double din head unit 6x9s, 6.5 comp and 2 10" subs lol (eBay is my friend haha) Yh I understand I would need a new amp just wondered if an rca converter would work as the Bose system only kicks out 1/2 ohm And then to which wires I would need to link into (I'm sure somebody must have tried before hence why I'm asking before I just delve into it and find its not possible)

Hi I am looking at replacing my Bose sub with something with a little more kick to it, but I want to keep the existing head unit is this possible? I was thinking that I could link some sort of RCA converter to the existing wiring and then run an independent amp to the new sub is this possible as I don't reli want to do a full system install and want it to look as stock as possible on the inside.

hi I'm after the boot carpet for my zed I want the carpet with the 350z logo on and not the plain type. If anybody has 1 laying around or can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Interesting as mine has the same problem had it checked about 4 months ago by Nissan and they said that there was no problem but advised me to change the plugs done this and problem still there although when I turn the aircon on the problem goes no juddering at all and idle stabilises had no noticeable drop in power and recently had it dynoed to make sure. all fine (315hp at fly) think it may have been previously mapped tho. All I can advise is try with aircon on see if problem goes although not a fix certainly makes you feel at ease when sitting at the lights.

Yes mate that was my car i recall see a black zed there too i was having a poke around it Yh it's a nice looking motor had a quick look around and really like what you done with the engine bay. And yh I was there in my black HR attended a few kent cruising meets and tbh probably gunna attend a few more. I have a few mates that attend already.

Kinda like the splitter that I already have gunna see if I can repair and get sprayed first if not then it will be a very similar splitter that will replace.

Hi all mods done on car were by previous owner including wheels door handles and the bronzed side 'z' badges I've only just started to personalise it to my taste but the colour combo I think is spot on and will be staying, just recovered from the purchase price so should have a bit more money soon to play about with. Rear wiper will probably be going and my plans atm are to replace or repair front splitter as has a small crack right down the Center. And sort a new spoiler as not to my taste apart from that happy with everything else

Yh not to loud on the motorway either only notice around town and under acceleration it does sound amazing, being a true dual is a bonus and really frees up that v6 engine

UPDATE yep thanks that's the 1 had my windows down the past few days with this glorious weather and it sounds amazing

so as ive had the car 6 months now thought I'd let you know how I'm getting on, well 1st thing is I still absolutely love driving my zed, normally by now I'd be getting bored of a car but I still wake up every morning and look out my window to admire her. The power delivery is constant all the way through the revs and I have no complaints about the performance. I do find myself cleaning her 2 times a week though it is the first black car I have owned and God it looks sexy when it's clean, although when I'm cleaning I'm getting frustrated as I can see dust settling as I'm cleaning, I managed to give her a polish and wax the other day and thought I'd share some photos so here they are: (apologies for the camera quality) Also had a proper look underneath and it's in perfect condition no sign of rust anywhere also finding out that the previous owner has installed a invidia Gemini exhaust is always a bonus I guess. Ok kool thanks seems like the previous owner really did take care of it, Just had a quick look on eBay and the closest I can find to it is the invidia Gemini But will take a pic next time I'm out

hi I managed to finally get to have a look at the underneath my 350 today and was pleasantly surprised of the condition. Then I started looking at the exhaust and noticed that it was a true dual all the way to the back, quickly ran a cloth over it and it seems to shine as if it was stainless, so my question is was this an optional extra fitted from factory or is it aftermarket, the exhaust isn't overly loud and seems to be fitted very well and has no branded markings on it. 2008 HR

hi I'm sure this has been answered many times before but the search function keeps bring up a blank. My question is what are the best plugs to use on the HR engine I have no modifications to the engine and not planning any for the near future Also does the HR and DE use the same size plugs

so I'm after a set of gold colour tuner nuts to go on the 18" forged alloys, question is are there any recommendations. And have they got to be a specific size. Found a set on eBay 121425951642 will these fit Thanks in advance
