Thought I would do a little build thread as I have had the car from September 2014 .
My last car was m Rev 3 Mr2 Turbo ( link below) that did love but have all ways wanted a 350Z .
http://www.pistonhea...c.asp?t=1389674
Got the car in Billingshurst in September 2014
How it was when I got it in (August 2014)
Drove it with the plan on not touching or changing anything on it at all only service it .
So changed the oil, gear box oil and Diff oil (September 2014)
Along with some new Iridium spark pugs (September 2014)
Then the last spend new AC and AUX belts (September 2014)
That was going to be all I was going to do Buttttttttt it was never going to happen
One week later parts arrived .
K & N Typhoon was first (September 2014)
Along with a H/D plenum spacer (September 2014)
Then after a few weeks my rad fan stopped working (September 2014)
Old unit out
New Mishimoto in
Some CREE LED side lights and some molly slip for the gear box (October 2014)
Next was some new wiper blades (October 2014)
And a new short aerial (October 2014)
Headlight adjust next (October 2014)
Then for the end of the month fuel sender (October 2014)
The plan was then to have some HFC and a Y pipe and then have the Uprev all done at Abbey Motorsport (November 2014)
Y pipe
HFC
And Uprev all done
Low numbers to start with but good gains in the end .
This little lot was a fair few £ so for the rest of the month all that was done was a LED number plate change (November 2014)

Just to note for people looking at the Milltek after 100 odd miles the sound of the system is spot on for me not too loud but gives a nice deep base .
This is with Cobra HFC .
Also the clutch is so much nicer to use and lighter so I would recommend a fluid and pipe change to anyone .

Will get a sound clip loaded up soon .

Had a busy long weekend and got a few more bits done .
On Friday i went up to Abbey Motorsport for a Milltek Exhaust to be fitted and check the tune on the dyno for the uprev .
Old stock system
The back box pipe had been patched up one already .
New Milltek fitted
Then the Dyno sheet that I was not expecting .
+ 9 BHP ad + 7.7 LB/FT from last time and the only changes were the Milltek exhaust and Stillen induction ( last map in Blue HFC , K & N Typhoon , HFC , P/spacer , Uprev )
The car started out in November at 225.6 BHP and 217.7 LB/FT
And is now 252.7 BHP and 238.3 LB/FT so that's a + 27.1 BHP and + 20.6 LB/FT gain .
Then on to fitting this little lot
First up a grounding / Earth kit that I made up ( X 10 ) and cleaning the original earths .
Then on to the clutch fluid flush / change and S/S clutch pipe .
Old clutch fluid not looking so good .
New ATE clutch fluid
Old cutch pipe .
New one
I had some DEI gold heat reflect tape left over so wrapped this around .
And fitted with some protection heat wrap .
Only problem was I had no cutch pressure so had to prime the cutch slave to get the pedal back then bleed the system .

Off to Abbey Motorsport tomorrow for a Milltek Y pipe back exhaust .
Then at the weekend I will flush / change my clutch fluid and fit a S/S clutch line .

Got a Wales trip planned next month with mates. Brecons, Elan Valley and up to Snowdonia over 3 days with the hope we can watch racing at Anglesey.
Going with a 300bhp S15 and an M135i so will probably be left behind!!

DS2500 are all round on my daily if you can live with the noise the best pad IMHO .
Good when cold and better than most with a bit of heat in them .

Just to note as well the DS2500 do give out a fair bit of dust and squeal even when bedding them in right .

I have DS2500 and the stopping power when hot is amazing .
Had them on my CTR as well .
Did have yellow stuff pads before and were ok for the price but not as good as the DS2500
