Hi, Thanks.....but I want to get it working as I bought the wheel with the controls to achieve this. I have spent the last three years upgrading the car as I was ripped off when I bought it, it was sold to me as a GT which I now know it wasn’t and as it Is my first Zed, I got caught out!

I have bought and am waiting on the Haynes manual to see if the wiring is shown in a better way......if no replies I will let you know if I solve it mate.... Davy

Hi, fitted a 2006 - 2009 steering wheel to my 2005 DE a year ago, I am unable to get the control buttons to light up.I have scoured all the wiring diagrams available but cannot find any relating to the plugs coming from the main room harness (Grey and Yellow) to the spiral loom on the wheel. I have fitted cables into all of the available spaces in both these plugs to be ready in the hope someone can help me out. Does anyone have a suitable wiring diagram showing the plug connections and the colour codes for the button/switch illumination to the wheel. Even a photo of a 2006 - 2009 grey and yellow plugs showing the wiring colours and their placements would be great...... Thanks Davy

Hi Chris......this is the one that bolts next to the sub....you can see its still fitted in its position next to the sub on the mounting plate.....

Sorry.......I cannot answer that, I haven't a clue, maybe someone else could answer it for you, I had bought the parts to do that to mine, but found a bazooka tube in the space not connected when I opened it up......bingo! í ½í¸Š

It's missing the ashtray. Didn't get one with it when I bought it, used my own......
