CSA now that was a joke. Thing was the DVLA site was down for maintenance till 0830 this morning and then switched it on then and it got smashed with all these companies buying plates for profit which I can guarantee accounted for most of their sales today. What happens to the revenue from plate sales? I will have to check this out.

Absolutely horrendous trying to get on the DVLA site from 0830 this morning think it took me almost 90 mins or so to get on there but managed it in the end and purchased the following: AN15 MOZ or A N15MO Z for £399 which actually looks like it says NISMO not like some registrations I have seen people asking silly money for. Just have to make sure that I get myself another 370Z Nismo next year or will have to sell it but should be worth more than I paid, fingers crossed. AN15 SAN wasn't available though With there being the 15 in it there is just so many more options available like TH15 BMW, or DOG, or even NOB

I posted on another thread about one of my wheels having what looked like a wheel brace mark, though I am not really fussed as it is hardly noticeable I thought I would price a rear wheel up anyway, from the stealers £1116 plus VAT. I was offered a replacement but I said I would settle for a 370 car cover instead. Back to the main subject though, thanks for all the positive comments, I actually like both and I originally ordered the 2014 car but ended up with the 2015 model. I actually asked to swap to the new car a month in to my order but was told I would get the one I originally ordered. Then in October I spoke to the dealership and they informed me that I would get the new one which I was happy with 2014 car I don't like interior and the step on the front bumper so small people can open the bonnet 2015 I don't like is the lack of BGW

You will start the Mk1 owners off again saying things like that

Ha ha, you never know mate

Now moved the interior pics to the first page of the thread now as I have taken some better quality images.

Thanks everyone, it wasn't supposed to be a thread to comment about the good and bad between the mk1 and the mk2 as everyone has started calling them , I prefer to call it the facelift version. Will get some pics up of the interior at the weekend and post them. Was thinking about some mods today but not sure what to go with yet as I don't know what I will be doing with the car in months or years to come.

Pictures of my 2015 370Z Nismo. Had it for just over two weeks now and I love it, not very economical but I didn't get it for economy and have put about 650 miles on it.

Gave my wheels a wipe over today to remove the brake dust after giving them a wash down and noticed a wheel brace chip in the rear wheel which was probably done when the dealership fitted the locking wheel nuts or removed the shipping spacers . Should I go back to the dealership even though I didn't notice it when collecting the car as they might deny it but I know for sure its a wheel brace that has done it as I did it myself once on one of my cars?

Ordered A Silver 370Z Nismo Almost 14 Weeks Ago
Turboextreme replied to Turboextreme's topic in 370z General
Admittedly yes it was worth the wait but it was annoying when they couldn't tell me anything and then when I mention that someone else has purchased one, yet they didn't even have to wait months they actually pulled their fingers out their proverbial and got me a car within 10 days. Well done Nissan at last. -

I can't really comment at the moment as I need to give it some beans with the window down but the rain has stopped me from doing that but I thought it wasn't that quiet, my lad heard me come up the road in it. -

Wow, what can I say since collecting it this afternoon I have done nearly 150 miles in it. They do get some attention these cars, rubbish handover at Nissan as they knew sod all about it. My mats were missing so they are ordering a set and sending them to me in the post. -

I don't think the new ones are electric though even though the car has gone up in price. -

Turboextreme replied to laytonanthony's topic in 370z General
I always check after a service to as a mate of mine had a garage leave the filler cap off and of course it emptied itself of oil all under the bonnet, also sometimes they put to much oil in or not enough and we trust these idiots with our cars. -

Turboextreme replied to Turboextreme's topic in 370z General
I didn't really want an M4 to be honest I wanted the 370, the BMW was massively over my budget which I could stretch to but it meant making sacrifices. An M235i I could get for 2k less than the Nismo and is a highly rated car but it looks like any other BMW apart from the twin single exit exhausts. I am now really really chuffed that everything is sorted and I will be getting the Nismo soon, hopefully when I speak to the dealer today should have confirmation of a date I can collect it. -

Have you not enquired elsewhere yet? Or do you mean a different car altogether? Nope I hadn't looked anywhere else was just waiting for them to sort it out. Looked at my finances and managed to convince the wife to let me have a BMW M4 even though it was a little out of my original budget but as I was building it online I got a call from the Nissan dealer telling me that everything is sorted and should be able to collect my new 2015 370Z in around two weeks . I even told them I was on the BMW website shopping for an alternative and they asked me not to do that . -

Now on the verge of cancelling my order, I am speaking to the dealer tonight and if they haven't sorted it then I am going elsewhere.
