  1. A little bit of tunnel can't go wrong! Sounds lovely!
  2. Hello and welcome 👋 Good luck with the hunt
  3. On final bump before 11th April. I've got 8 cars so far and they are all from work =( Let me know if you still fancy a power run, I've meet the minimum number so you can just turn up if you wish on the day. Do let me know though
  4. Hello and welcome 👋 I have the same thinking about how many horses left in my zed. I've booked a Dyno day/power run for next Saturday to find out. £30 for 2 runs. Mine is 11yrs old this year with around 78k on the clock.
  5. Snow foam, citrus pre wash, jet wash, 2 buckets method and lots of microfiber cloths later.......... Still busy with DA polisher....... Hence no pics yet
  6. Yep, I think I'll mostly "Dremel" a bigger slot tomorrow. Brought a black silicone + adhesive tube this morning from Screwfix so hopefully will get them in tomorrow.
  7. Small update today. Managed to loan a Dremel as I've failed to split them reflectors. A bit messy but did the job well. Here's a pic of trial fitment of the PCB You can see the PCB when they are not switched on so I'm considering to include the original silver reflector from the DRL that I had modified, to keep it tidy when it's switched off. This means more Dremel'ing tomorrow on the reflector to fit the silver reflector in. Here's a pic of the LEDs Dark test Will be sorting out the other reflector tomorrow. Edit: I wish there are longer PCB out there that I can use as donor but unfortunately this is the only dual function DRL I can find on EBay. This is a 8 LEDs set, I going a 14 LEDs set will be much better to fill up the reflectors from top to bottom.
  8. Hello and welcome 👋 Congrats on your purchase mate! Happy Zeditus
  9. Nice wheels mate! Love the colour combo.
  10. Super! No more sleepless nights now. Get this sorted and start enjoying your Zed fully!
  11. Congratulations on your purchase, I'm sure you'll love it. Hello and welcome 👋
  12. Thanks Steve. Hopefully a small slot about 4mm wide should be good enough to slide it in but might have issue with bits inside the reflector. Will have to wait and see how it goes.
  13. Hello and welcome 👋 Happy Zeditus mate! It will get in you sooner than you think
  14. All method failed to split the back casing and the front clear reflector. So will need to borrow my mate's rotary tool to cut a slot to put the LED PBC in. Will have to wait for a bit now unfortunately. Meanwhile somewhere in Huddersfield Gtechniq C4 plastic restorer A little bit on the expensive side for a small bottle but worth the money as you only need few drops and it lasted for 6 months. Just need to clean the surface with some IPA (Indian pale ale) and off you go with the G-power. I think I used just about 10 drops for both wing mirrors and front grill. Restored the front bumper grill Used them before on the wing mirror's base before and it lasted about 7 months. So topped up with more G-power! Well, before that I've also gave my zed a wash and tyres blacked! Here's the final result!
  15. Yep, looks like a Bose to me. Bring a CD along to test it =) might get few pounds off if they skips as this is common issue.
  16. Keep up the good progress update. Looking more and more interesting now. It will be stunning when it's completed
  17. Glad you know Lovie had served you well. GLWTS mate, did you put it up for sale here as well?
  18. Don't spend money on Haynes, they are not that great. Try Google 350z service manual, there are pdf documents out there that you can download for free. I find it much better compared to Haynes. Edit: Here's the link to download the OEM service manuals http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/350Z/coupe/2004_Coupe+Roadster/ You'll need to look at specific copy for what you need
