The connectors are not swappable as they have fail safe' tabs on them to ensure assembly workers doesn't mix up. If your rear pump is still working, you can swap the pipe but you'll need to operate the rear pump for front windscreen washer.

Spoken to Ian Willis last week for a quote. He's brilliant all the way through. No pressure at all and gave me lots of options. Asked me to wait for my current insurance renewal quote to arrive first and call back later. He said he'll take 10% off for a like for like quote. Rang back today, and lucky enough that Ian picked up my call again. All sorted now, price was a tiny bit more (added legal cover and 56% less on voluntary excess) but customer service by Ian has won the business really.

Most insurance trader here will probably won't be able to insure you due to age and also experience with your zed. Was on the same boat when 1 first got my zed (30yrs old at that time). Ended up getting a quote from the Meerkats for £470 ish. Few tricks that worked for me to lower my premium: 1.) Access to company car including social (missus's company car + my company's pool car) 2.) Limited to 4000 miles (i only use it for weekends drive as i usually cycle to work). 3.) Start date as late as possible (3-4 weeks) i find the cheapest 4.) Try with and without adding your GF - Sometimes it's cheaper but again, they will count experience driving the zed. 5.) Pay annually - £40-£50 cheaper Good luck with the hunt mate!!

Here's something you can try yourself: 1.) Locate a good location or somewhere dark if you just want to practice (remember to be safe) 2.) Tripod is a must unless you have super steady hands that can hold your camera at the same position for over 20-25 seconds. 3.) Camera settings - 'M' mode, shutter speed of at least 10-15 seconds, aperture of F16 and above, any white balance. 4.) Compose your shoot, start off with 15 seconds, F16, ISO 200. Take a pic 5.) Check the picture, make sure background is bright enough with this setting. Don't worry if your car is not bright at this stage. If too dark, change to 20 seconds and decrease speed if needed. Once you are happy with the background, move to next step. 6.) Using same setting, once you press the shutter, start pointing your torch on your zed. Move as fast/slow as you want, as long as you cover the light all over your zed. Best if find is to avoid lighting the ground, mainly just on your zed. 7.) Once done, you should get a good pic. For star effect, up your aperture to max F24 but you will need to max your shutter speed to 30 seconds. If you zed is still not bright enough, you might need to use a brighter torch or you'll need to up your ISO to maybe 400 or 500. But doing that, you might find your background too bright hence might want to increase shutter speed to 25 or 20 seconds. Play around with these parameters and experiment as you go. For them 'tron' lines, all you need to do is just walk around your zed, point the torch towards your camera and paint away. If your shutter speed is 20 seconds, you basically have 20 seconds to paint =) Thank you! Definitely going to give this a go and I'll let you know how it goes =) Give it a try and share your pics..........will be happy to help

Make sure the V5 is present during transection (bank transfer or cash) and you have the V5 slip filled in for you to take away. I paid for my zed using Bank Transfer (with my laptop at his house using his WIFI), make sure i have the V5 slip too before I drive off.

Would be good if we can get a 350zUK specific code but you can use other codes for 5% off - DW05 I usually google "yyyyy yyyyy promo code" before I make any online purchases. Most of them works Edit: You won't get points if you are using discount code! I would prefer 5% off as I won't be purchasing often to benefit from points.

Workaround after installing a Pioneer CarPlay head unit
veeg33 replied to G4VNV's topic in I.C.E & Electronics
You'll need buster's mod --> http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/84472-busters-mod-without-hacking-the-head-unit-harness/ http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/58947-reduced-sound-out-put-after-replacing-oe-bose/ -
I'm assuming track car will have straps/harness rather than normal seat belts hence you will not move forwards as much or minimum movement during accident/crash that your face will hit the steering wheel or windscreen. Hence steering wheel airbag is not mandatory.....That's my logic IMO Edit: OP, maybe this is a good excuse to install 5 point harness?? and keep your aftermarket steering wheel But check that with your MOT station first
